The Holiday Inn overall is a great Hotel great rooms nice people. The only minor improvements would be to the breakfast bar and coffee. The hot food at the breakfast bar had no flavor and please get better coffee such as a Nescafe coffee maker.

No vents in bathroom, pool was dirty, room looked clean but found all type of hair in the bed and comforter staff was friendly breakfast ok rugs dirty overall it was ok

Liked the hotel. One small issue about not being able to lock bath room it was resolved but took over 24 hours.

Everything was on par from what you'd expect of the Holiday Inn brand. Great location, tons of places to eat nearby. Hot breakfast in the morning was good. The housekeepers forgot to vacum the 3rd floor hallway, which is why I rated cleanliness a bit low. Indoor pool was nice a bit crowded as we were there at the same time as other families. A big shout out to the receptionist who made the fresh, delicious Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in the evening! Definitely reccomend this place!

Great location between the stadium and city. Stores and restaurants around the hotel made it easier to relax between events. No toll roads were required during our stay.

My brothers and I went to the Cowboys game. Hotel is 10-15 mins away from stadium. Staff was real nice. They have a 24 hour snack pantry that is very handy! The only thing we had problems with is our key opening the back door and breakfast wasn't that great. Definitely would go back here!

the only drawbacks were the jacuzzi was out of service and the door was hard to open, everything else was great!

Nice clean rooms couldn't ask for a better stay. Great staff members

room fairly clean, staff are nice. Couple miles from downtown

This is a great location off I-30 between the Arlington amusement parks and downtown Dallas. There was plenty of eating places nearby. The only downside I could find was the walls seemed a bit to thin.

Stayed here for a few nights with my fiance and we enjoyed our visit to Dallas Fort Worth. The hotel was clean and so was our room. They have lots of amenities to offer their guests and plenty of them are 24 he's like their pool and the gym. The morning breakfast was great but I wish it went on till maybe 10:30am instead of ending at 9:30 in the morning. But other than that it had great food and a good selection for a complimentary breakfast. The staff as all very nice and friendly. The only one complaint I have was that the water pressure in the shower was very weak, very similar to taking a shower in an RV where you're having to use a pump system. Maybe perhaps that was just our room but I wasn't too worked up about it. Overall a good place to stay. Lots of food options surrounding the hotel and there was also a Walmart close by if maybe you forgot to pack something. Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel.

I needed to book a trip to Dallas for a last minute appointment. I am not familiar with Dallas so it took a while to decide where to stay. This hotel is in line with the rest of the chain. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant, the breakfast was great, it was near many restuarants & shops, and best of all, I felt safe. Definitely my go-to hotel in Dallas.

Nice clean room! Needed to check out a litte late....called the front desk who extended it without creating any fuss at no extra charge and even asked me to let them know if I needed even more extra time. Overall a very nice exp!!!

I booked this hotel based on its location. It was close to our planned destinations in Dallas and a reasonable driving distance from places we wanted to visit it Arlington and Fort Worth. I didn't like that we were in the room next door to where the daily breakfast was prepared. That meant lots of banging VERY EARLY in the morning. We had a few crickets one night, but that resolved itself by the next day. What I really didn't like was our visit to the pool and hot tub. The pool seemed fine, but when we cranked up the jets on the hot tub, it created a pool of foam. I knew something wasn't right and I had a heck of a time keeping our 2-year-old daughter out of it.The foam smelled very strongly of chemicals. We asked an employee about it and he seemed to think it would get better with time. After the first day, we didn't get another opportunity to check whether the issue was resolved.

Everthing was great, From the Hotel staff to the Shuttle Service. I would stay there again.

The room was very spacious and clean as expected. The staff was super nice, everything in the hotel room was up to date and in perfect working condition.

Very nice staff, great hotel with a easy access area

Only problem was satellite service. We got a few channels, but it appeared a previous guest may have set parental locks. Front desk was clueless on how to remove them. Since we were busy sight-seeing, we only had a few hours before bed, so no great loss. Awesome breakfast! The gentleman working the first night we were there was very helpful - even allowing me to print off Six Flags tickets from the front desk computer.

Absolutely Beautiful along with the most courteous staff!!! Excellent location and deicious breakfast as well. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the suite had a fridge, micro., sink, pull out sofa and desk. We couldn't have had it any better for the price and convenience!!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express while in town for the Texas vs Oklahoma Game. The location of the hotel was outstanding. Close to Downtown Dallas and conveniently located near various restaurants and other businesses.
