The room was not ready when we check in and the young lady at the desk took my information and told me to wait in my car until the room was ready. I was very annoyed after driving for 10 hours. Then we asked for extra blankets and the where out. The room was very clean. Will not stay that particular hotel again.

Went in by myself to check in and was told no room available until 3 but 2 people were checked in before me. I arrived around 2. Husband went in by himself 30 min later and was told differently. No blow dryer available. Front desk would never answer.

Hotel was clean for the most part. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. Friendly staff. Accommodated well. The only thing I would say is to clean crevices around the walls in the bathroom.

When we came in to check in, the hotel had a very un pleasant smell, I think it was the vacuum cleaner being used when we arrived, other than that, this hotel is located in a great location, with nearby shops and restaurants, and is right on the freeway I-30 and cockrell hill exit
