Despite indicating in the reservation we made on Expedia that the hotel had parking, this is not the case. It doesn't have it, don't believe what Expedia says. The hotel charges you $45 for the valet parking service and it is the only option you have. They charge you a supposedly refundable fee but you can only pay with a credit card. The room was ok but when it was time to take a shower we realized that the shampoo bottle was empty so we had to wash our hair with shower gel. In general, the service from the woman at the reception was poor, very bad customer service. and I definitely would not stay here again.

Not usual Hampton Inn quality
We usually have great experiences at Hampton Inns. This was the exception. We had booked a 2 bedroom suite. The couch was stained and there was a large rip in the cushion. Also the hook in the bathroom was broken and unusable. There is no way house keeping wouldn’t have noticed this. We could have put up with that but the heat didn’t work. After trying to adjust it and realizing it didn’t work to then waiting for more than a half hour for someone to help we were told that the heat was broken in the entire floor. They downgraded us to a standard room so we could have heat. We had to talk to the front desk three different times regarding getting a price adjustment due to being downgraded. They said if they adjusted the price it would only go up despite receiving less of a room than we had booked. The manager assured me it was just how the system worked which is ridiculous. She finally brought our 2 night stay down a total of $15 despite paying for a suite and moving to a standard room late at night with 2 small children.

Great stay. I did a Solo trip and this hotel was affordable and clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff in the lobby were very friendly. I did not get the name of the young man that works the lobby and young lady with a fabulous Afro but they definitely are amazing and have great energy.

parking scam
There is no off street parking at this hotel so they force you to pay valet at the neighboring hotel. The Valet charges $50 a night. Then when you get home a collection service sends a payment notice for $87 for parking. Its a scam - will never stay here again and I am attempting to inform the management of this scam.
