Great value. Room was very nice and clean. Only complaint is that the window for housekeeping is too small. They missed my room both days.

During night someone brake my car window and they still my wallet and the front desk person didn’t help at all with anything also they have an extra charge for pets

We found a cockroach on the ground when we arrived to our room. Nasty.

Terrible

The free breakfast was a chewy bar and 3 oz cup of juice. That’s not breakfast. I was attending a convention with long hours and was traveling with my kids, that didn’t feed anyone. The elevator was scary broken. Takes your to the wrong floor. Shakes. Loud alarm buzzer. Terrifying. And the big entrance door was broken. Had to haul family and big luggage through small slightly broken door. Room was white small but that’s not awful. Just annoying. Several of the charging stations were not functional. Front staff on two days was short and unhelpful.

Not quite the cleanest room. There was a stain on the sheets and the office chair had some funky white stains on it. Didn't any hair conditioner either. Not the worsr place, but not the greatest either

It was a quiet environment. The staff were helpful.

Nice clean and quiet location. Close to Six Flags and Att Stadium.

Location was difficult to get to.

I think the staff was very friendly, but the facility wasn’t anything special. Basic. Cold coffee in the lobby, no food or snacks like I would expect from a facility that would normally provide the breakfast in the morning. It’s understandable with COVID TH

Rooms were updated and clean. The check in process was very time consuming for someone who had already prepaid in full for the stay. The system for checking in needs to be updated. I stood there for 30 mins waiting on staff to help. Understanding Covid is still going on- we were wanting just coffee, the staff said there was coffee available but when we went to fill up our cups- the container was empty and asked if more could be made- the staff ignored our request. We will not be staying at this hotel again due to the poor customer service.

It was good!

Standard amenities, except for breakfast. Nice staff, and comfortable room.

When we got to the hotel, we had to wait our turn to check in which wasn’t bad since the front desk was nice. Once we got to our room, it was disappointing, our bathroom sink had a crack in it, the sheets had someone else’s hair all over it to include on the pillows. Also one of the chair had a stain on it so my children and I could not use it. I informed the front desk and was told to put a towel on it. I have stayed at many hotels and feel I paid too much for what I got. They also advertised free breakfast but there was nothing offered. I am annoyed that during my booking they were rated over a 4 our office 5 but I later found out they were only a two. I feel mislead by orbitz. I was told the a manger would be informed about the issues with my room but I didn’t receive a call or nothing. It was also very difficult for me to rest after my 24 hour trip because where we were placed was by the highway and the windows weren’t sealed or something because we could hear every car passing by. Also the walls were too thin, we could hear other guest arguing and making too much noise, my six year olds was scared. It was the worse stay I have experienced, it’s not happening again for me, very disappointing.
