HYATT house Dallas/Uptown

Room was nice. Plenty of space. It had a microwave, fridge and stove. 10 min walk to the bars. Good price, except you have to paid $15 night for parking lot.

The staff is very accommodating and the included breakfast is nice. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. Some tips: 1. Stay on the fourth floor in a corner room. That will ensure quiet throughout your stay. 2. Use the free shuttle for drop-offs & pick-ups throughout downtown Dallas. 3. It's the perfect hotel if you're attending an event/concert @ the AA Centre. 4. Stroll the neighborhood...it's interesting and active.

We have stayed in this hotel several times due to it's close proximity to the American Airlines Center. The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast is plentiful and good. However, the hotel is starting to show it's age. The door to our room rattled anytime another door opened or shut. Our traveling companions had the same problem and wedged a towel in the door to prevent it. A lower cabinet door in the kitchen would not shut. The carpet in the stairwell was filthy. The hardware on the entry door to the garage looked like someone had used a crowbar or hammer on it.

Overall OK. Not a fancy one and there was a sticky part in our carpet, an unknown liquid, I think. There was a piece of paper in the corridor on the floor, stayed there for 3 days :(

Hotel was pleasant. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Hotel is close to and accessible to all major highways. It's in a convenient location, close to all major downtown attractions and within walking to the American Airlines Center. A decent breakfast is provided. Affordable parking is also available. Only complaint was housekeeping neglected to leave a blow drier in the room. Not that big of a deal!

We booked a room here for an event at the American Airline Center. The proximity to the center was great. The room was more than we could have asked for. It was quiet (but to be fair we were there on a Thursday night). It was clean and more space than we needed but appreciated.

Great stay, enjoyed relaxing by the pool and using the hot tub. Also the breakfast was awesome.

Staff is very friendly, making it a very pleasant week long stay.

The staff were very nice, very welcoming. The place was nice, and I would stay again. The only thing I didn't like was, you could hear people upstairs walking around and you could hear traffic very well. But overall not bad at all, great location for the American Airlines center, if your attending an event there, you can walk.

The staff was pleasant and courteous. I thought the bathrooms were a little outdated, but other than that, everything was fine. The beds were comfy and the room had a kitchen, almost like an extended stay.

The hotel was great! The staff was kind, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean! Comfy bed too!

Was great, close to all the best bars in uptown dallas. Easy trip to AT&T Stadium

Very nicely located. Clean. Very helpful staff. Will stay again

Had a great experience, great location and Dennis the shuttle operator was very professional. Took in a hockey game at the AA center and a nice short walk back. We'll be back very soon, thanks everyone.

The hotel was convenient for access to downtown Dallas, and provided clean space. Shower was slightly dirty and dark, but overall experience was positive.

We originally chose this hotel because it was close to the American Airlines Center but everything was incredible at the hotel including staff and hospitality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The best hotel I've stayed at. Clean room, comfortable beds, full kitchen, nice, and professional staff.

The staff and service was excellent, which combined with the relatively low price made this hotel an excellent choice.

I liked my stay at the Hyatt very much. The room was comfy, well-cleaned, and everything was nice. The location was good for a car, and it's walkable to Downtown and all the sights (20-30 minutes). There's really nothing near the hotel, it's not in the middle of "Uptown" but a little bit aways. WiFi and the freebie breakfast were excellent, and the staff was great. I would stay here again.

Booked this hotel so we could take our daughters to a Dallas Mavericks game. It was great that the walk was just minutes away. The parking garage was great and felt very comfortable to leave our vehicle there. This was our 3rd time to stay and it's always great!!
