There was a flock of birds living at the property. Extremely noisy birds all through the night. I had never seen big garbage bins throughout each floor before. What could be going on to need to bins? Also, my room was above the kitchen. Starting at 5 or 6 am music was piped up to the room. For over $200 a night it should be cleaner.

This place is old and worn out. It looks like it’s been remodeled sometime in this he past but it needs it again. The room is ok but the furniture is heavily work and need to be replaced. The bathroom needs attention, the toilet seat is lose, and he shower is moldy with scale all over the tiles, the walls are dirty and the shower leaks all over the floor out into the room carpet. The windows in the room are old and stop zero road noise and this hotel is on a busy street so if you don’t wear earplugs, don’t stay here. The front desk staff is nice but the self service pantry is not too attractive. I didn’t swim but the pool looked like a hurricane had come through and they forgot to clean it. I won’t be staying here again.

an older, dated hotel that felt mediocre.

Having a kitchenette with a full size fridge is great. Free breakfast and the hot cocoa bar was even better!

Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Room 306 needs some repairs. Ceiling in the shower area had a hole stuffed with tissues. Bathroom door had a large metal plate that sticks out. Windows were bad allowing street noise which made sleeping tough. Air system in the bedroom was very noisy as well. Breakfast needs some variety. All white breads. Same fruit every morning. Eggs and meat were good. Bed was quite comfortable.

The hotel was on a good location and was affordable. Construction was going on around the property and housekeeping is by request only. Breakfast was hit or miss.

Very nice hotel close to Baylor, Deep Elum, arts district. We paid for parking on site and felt very secure about our vehicle. Would definitely stay again

We were allowed to have our pets with us, and the breakfast was always hot and good. We got what we needed and our room was cleaned when we asked them to clean it. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Big rooms but didn’t have a tv in there to watch or nothing

This was my 2nd time staying here. Both stays were within a weeks time. The first time we were in a room without working AC and were moved to another room where the light in the bathroom did not work, but we decided to excuse it because we didn’t want to move again. This recent stay, I was charged a random amount in the middle of the night and was given a lot of attitude from the front desk attendant when I asked about it. Of course, he wasn’t there when I checked out the next morning and the person I spoke with advised none of what I was told was true. I am still waiting on my funds to be released from both stays concerning “incidentals.” You’d think they’d be mor professional, considering the location. I’m a bit disappointed.

This property was very dirty. Trash in the halls, bedding stained, baseboards were broken, windows were filthy, elevator wasn't working. There is a 20./day parking fee. I was charged twice for the room, despite informing them that I had booked my stay on Orbitz.

Property cleaned very well. Great location and access. However, nowhere on the Orbitz reservation and hotel description was a $20/Day parking fee visible. A surprise fee indeed!

It was fine. Not terrible, not amazing. Full kitchen in room wasn't necessary for my stay, but would be convenient if you were staying for extended period.
