Watch your bill closely. Tried to put a $235 unknown charge on our credit card in addition to a charge for potential "extras". Fortunately the credit card flagged it. Also double charged for valet parking. Had to look closely at itemized bill to identify all the errors. The valet parking is particularly prone to charge errors.
Bed bugs in our room and staff not remorseful which implied to me they knew they had a bed bug problem..........…
There is only one thing wrong with this place. It is across the street from a busy train station (cargo - longest trains I've ever seen, passenger, and city trains) but the rooms are DEAD SILENT. There is no sound of a fan or anything in the room. This means that you can hear EVERYTHING outside. The trains blow their whistles all during the night, you can hear them rumbling, and you can even loudly hear the hotel elevators going up and down all night. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. (See my photos)
Dirty room, people running the halls at 2am! Very little sleep!
I like the hotel, on weekends the lobby bar can get loud. Location is strange.
Couldn't ask for better service! One of the truly greatest full service hotels
Friendly staff , everything was nice, clean room, great location
Checked in on time, the front desk was very friendly and speedy. The room was very spacious and had great views of Downtown
Overall, great place to be if you want to be close to the highway and Deep Ellem for eatery.
We stayed here for a few nights to watch a Cowboys game and go sightseeing downtown. The hotel is very modern, clean, with friendly staff. The location is convenient with direct access to public transportation across the street and JFK museum in walking distance. For the same reason, it was quite noisy at night with train traffic noise 24/7.
Had to leave due to a death in the family! Didn't even get to stay 6 hours and couldn't get a refund for our stay.
Never been treated so rudely by more than one employee in the hospitality business. The hotel was nice and clean itself and totally enjoyed the stay but the staff. Wow. Also the room service food was terrible. Paid $50 for a steak with Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoe mash. The steak tasted like meat from a public school lunch, the Brussels sprouts seemed like they were supposed to have that nice char but instead were black and had an awful burnt taste. The result of this complaint, a free coffee. That wasn't be only case of the rudeness I experienced.
Clean hotel in heart of downtown. Easy walking distance to numerous attractions (1 mile or less). Very friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable stay... Enormous facility... The Reunion Tower is right their! The front desk was staff really nice and the buttons too. They went out of their way to provide us with a shuttle to drop us off and pick us up at uptown.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt for a convention that was held in Downtown Dallas. The hotel is clean and located walking distance to the convention center. The restaurant inside the hotel had great food and an extensive breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel to a friend or anyone staying for an event being held at the convention. FYI there is a shuttle that will take you to DFW Airport from the hotel. This is a great option from an Uber or a taxi.
The Hotel was very large and pretty, good location.
I enjoyed the closeness and convince of the venues of the meeting
Hotel is conveniently located near the interstate, and near city attractions. The hotel was amazing from a spectacular lobby atrium right to the room which exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the local attractions. The only negative experience was no self parking. Tip to anyone staying there the Valet team is extremely busy, an I would suggest you call the Valet service in advance to allow them time to have your car ready for your departure. Would definitely stay there on future trips to the Dallas area.
The staff was so helpful! The room was beautiful! We loved it!
I could not have been more pleased with every aspect of this hotel. Clean, comfortable. Great food, fast elevator!!!! the bed was so comfortable too. We will be staying there the next time in Dallas for sure
