Service was great, they hit every expectation we had!

This may be one of the worst high priced hotels I have ever stayed at. If you like train and highway noise this is the place for you. This hotel is between super busy highway I35 on one side and train track on the other. Trains stop and idle next to hotel at different times a day. We had a 4th floor room and listened to highway & train noise the whole time. Hotel doesn't allow guests to park their cars in hotel garage but makes them pay $20.00 per day to self park in a lot a block away from hotel down a steep hill. This policy alone should make you stay away. You can though, pay $30.00 per day/per car to valet park. Just don't show up with more than one car. Hotel restaurant food is just bad. Ordered three different meals sent back two and couldn't finish the other. Also, very overpriced. First hotel I have been in with no in room microwave. Everywhere you stay now has one. Stay anywhere but here.

Proximity to the Dallas Market was not as good as expected because of road construction. Otherwise, our visit was comfortable and we hope to have more time during our next visit to enjoy amenities.

I'm not sure why this hotel is 4 stars. Room was nice but not amazing. Definitely clean. Bar service was horrible. Restaurant service was excellent although food was mediocre. Valet parking was a nightmare.

Perfect location for historical sites. Courteous staff very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and perfect location. The hotel is in the middle of Dallas and close to everything. This is a first class hotel and as good as It gets when it come to a real getaway.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long while. It is very convenient location near most of the tourist attractions downtown. The staff provided me directions to a great running path nearby. Easy walk to Daley Plaza and the AA Arena.

This is a great hotel, clean and close to the starplex

We enjoyed our stay except for the parking and the fact there was no microwave in the room. We had to park down and around the hill in a parking lot and not sure if it was park of the hotel.

This is a nice elegant hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. However, traveler beware, this hotel is ideal for business travelers, not leisure travelers. The hotel is comfortable and elegant, but if you're looking for a nice pool to swim in, you won't find it here. This hotel is more for the business traveler looking for a good comfortable place to stay. The food is delicious as well. Well price and well stocked buffet.

The Valet service was excellent. Did not use the business center as it was on a pay and use basis.

Beautiful room! Nice view, room very clean, but neighborhood not very safe.

Watch your bill closely. Tried to put a $235 unknown charge on our credit card in addition to a charge for potential "extras". Fortunately the credit card flagged it. Also double charged for valet parking. Had to look closely at itemized bill to identify all the errors. The valet parking is particularly prone to charge errors.

Bed bugs in our room and staff not remorseful which implied to me they knew they had a bed bug problem..........…

There is only one thing wrong with this place. It is across the street from a busy train station (cargo - longest trains I've ever seen, passenger, and city trains) but the rooms are DEAD SILENT. There is no sound of a fan or anything in the room. This means that you can hear EVERYTHING outside. The trains blow their whistles all during the night, you can hear them rumbling, and you can even loudly hear the hotel elevators going up and down all night. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. (See my photos)

Dirty room, people running the halls at 2am! Very little sleep!

I like the hotel, on weekends the lobby bar can get loud. Location is strange.

Couldn't ask for better service! One of the truly greatest full service hotels

Friendly staff , everything was nice, clean room, great location

Checked in on time, the front desk was very friendly and speedy. The room was very spacious and had great views of Downtown
