Was disappointed that room service and restaurants were completely closed

The staff was accommodating considering the pandemic. The city view from the room was AMAZING!!! The sheets had holes and the room was a bit dusty.

I have never been treated so badly by hotel staff in my entire life. They false advertise on orbitz that the hotel is pet friendly, it is only dog friendly not cats. The security guard tried to take my pets from me while I was checking in. The asst mgr John watched it happen, allowing the scene to escalate while doing nothing. He also allowed the check in line to extend for an hour while doing nothing to support his team in handling it. He also informed me that the hotel does not offer ADA check in support. What an embarrassment to Hyatt Regency, I’ll never stay at one of their hotels again. If you have pets or a disability, I suggest you find a better place to stay too.

Always happy with this property. Yet this time there was not a drop of drinking water in the room. They sell you a $3 per bottle of water. The same you buy for .50 at the super jet. Plus they want you to go downstairs to pick it up. Others than that. Love it

Such a beautiful hotel with excellent customer service

This was a ok place to stay, but there was a few issues but the biggest one was that extremely loud party that was going across the hall til about 2 am. And the party guess had no respect for the guest in the hotel; as they came and went they would yell or take very loudly to each other. Our suit was ok but there were a few things that need to be repaired. Also one of the pillows on our bed had makeup all on it like it hadn’t been replaced when the room was cleaned. Which made think what else had been cleaned or changed out in the room. The sliding door in the bedroom that led outside did not slide at all.

It’s not 5 star I will give it 3 star No shampoo no body wash , hair dryer was not working lots of noise from train station it’s 59 feet away

The view was great, room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful

Great location at attend events at convention center. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms.

Dear anonymous, Our pet policy is listed on our website to indicate dogs are accepted, we do in fact not accept cats or any other type of animal. In regards to ADA check-in, we have a counter at the end of the front desk that extends to assist those that require it. More often than not, our team is also available to come out and assist as appropriate. We also feature a variety of room types that meet ADA requirements. I am sorry your stay did not meet your expectations.
