When I arrived, the clerk advised me that he didn’t have a reservation for me. I had to call and have Orbitz call the hotel to confirm.

We had an issue with our room that a large cockroach was found near the bed. I notified the front desk and was told to contact them later that day to see if they could move us to another room. After returning and talking to front desk personnel they stated they were booked full and could not move us. They did not clean the room or make any corrections. I was told the Manager would call me and they did not. I will be contacting their corporate office.
It was near everything and the staff provided excellent service
I stayed here for 5 days I asked twice to have my room clean. Both times it looks like they lost my request. My room was never cleaned. The shower had rust in the corners and around the edges brown stuff. I will not stay her again.
Close to ballpark and sixflags
To be a hotel they dont even have extra blankets to lend out. They didnt have any silverware or plasticware although they had a restaurant connected to. They say they guarantee rooms to be clean and the let out couch was filthy! Mattress had horrible stains and dirt bits inside! The lady at the front desk was professionally rude. When making a complaint about my room and dirty outdated cover another lady came and said there was blood in her shower. I’ve never had a problem with this place before but its seems to be they are going a bit too far. Then to say Marriot demands you to wear face masks but the hotel is dirty itself.
Its quite and peaceful and relaxing, it was very clean there, the suites are very nice and spacious i come here alot just to get away sometimes
The staff was very friendly, and the property is very clean and well maintained. I was disappointed that the restaurant remains closed, so there was no food service. I had to ask for supplies that are typically already in the room. Parking was plentiful and free, and the property is conveniently located.
