DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas - Campbell Centre

The staff was very kind and helpful, but the rooms are TINY, very noisy, and incredibly dirty (residue and stains in bathroom tub and toilet after room change).

One night to go to the comedy club. Friendly staff. Convenient. Not much view.

I had a wonderful time staff was great Bartender Brad was freaking awesome

I had a handicapped accessible room on the 2nd floor. While the hotel rooms are definitely dated and in need of a refresh, I was more taken aback by the crickets chirping from what seemed like inside my room. After a little investigation I was able to make certain there were no LIVE crickets in the room, but the draperies were hiding a few deceased ones. It's not too over the top to expect crickets, especially since the room was adjacent to a flat roofed area of the hotel, but the presence of their dead compadres made it clear the staff doesn't do a great job in making sure every corner of the room has been inspected. Also, the coffee maker was positioned on the credenza next to the TV and a power strip was in place to use to brew said coffee, but the power strip didn't work which made for an interesting balancing act to position the coffee maker in a way that would allow for it to be plugged in to the nearest wall socket. For $180 a night this hotel was a real disappointment.

Hotel is old. Needs major renovation. The noisy AC ran all the time. There was no way to turn it off. It kept us up all night. When it rained, there was water leaking in the room from the ceiling and Windows. Smelled pretty bad.

The hotel was very clean. Everything in the room worked! It was close to a mall and a shuttle was provided!

we were on the 16th floor. The room was on a corner and had both southern and eastern views with the effect benign a panorama. It was geat at night with the lights

The staff was very nice. The room was clean, but dated. Supposedly they are going to be renovating soon. There were minimal amenities, small gym with decent equipment. I had a King room, with a comfortable clean bed, big full length windows with a view of the city and parking lot. The room was difficult to maintain a constant comfortable temperature, but that is most likely due to the window and the extreme temperature changes that occurred during my stay. It was convenient for my business trip, but you definitely need a car to get around. And you need a Starter Toll tag, if you're going on the toll ways. The starter Toll Tag was much cheaper than the rental company toll pass, I just called Texas Toll Way and gave them the license plate and I was good for the week, and the best part is if you don't use it they re-reimburse what you don't use!

The hotel was great, only thing that was disappointing was Wifi not free unless you are a Hilton Honors Member, other than that, it was perfect for my purpose in Dallas. Thank you.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet. Good location. Only negative is hotel did not have non smoking room available. Very crowded because of game at Cotton bowl. At check in, I was advised to see if non smoking was available early the next day. Ran fan on high so smell was tolerable. Stayed in original room.

Location was good ; all nice but wished it had a refrigerator in the room

I really loved the central location & the quality of the rooms was suprised to see a $50 amenities charge on my balance when we basically just came & went...sorta offsets the overall perceived value.

We requested for a King bed; we got a Queen bed. They put us on the 2nd floor looking at the flat roof of the building so we never opened the drapes. The room was a big empty space suggesting missing furniture i.e. a sofa or comfortable chair, table, etc. There was no closet to keep the clothes; just an opened space with a rack for your pants and shirts only. It was not designed to hung your dresses. The wallpaper next to the bed was torn. There was no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Love the staff! Very close to my house, awesome cookies! Nice and clean hotel

It was a great room minus the shower temperature. It would vary from hot to cold without moving the hot cold knob.

Had a quick trip into Dallas and didn't need to stay anywhere in particular, so I opted for the Doubletree/Hilton brand. This particular hotel was a bit dated, but considering that I was really looking for a terrific value more than a swanky boutique vibe, it was the perfect choice for me. Was particularly impressed with the consistency of the room service and ordered in six times during my stay. They were always prompt (within 20 minutes) and the food was very affordable and tasted great. Bed was comfy, and would definitely recommend or stay again.

The hotel was amazing. The incidental fee is reasonable and you can also use that towards ordering room service. The staff was very informative and pleasant on all shifts. The goose feathered pillows make you not want to get out of bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Friendly Staff , Right on 75 for easy commute ,next to railway line which makes it a lil noisy, photos depict larger rooms in reality they are smaller ,bathrooms need good shower curtains.Overall ok for few days stay.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! BEST OPTION FOR YOUR MONEY! GREAT EXPERIENCE! BEST OPTION FOR YOUR MONEY!

Everything was quite nice--I enjoyed the hotel very much. But I found it challenging to get in and out of Campbell Center, where the hotel is located. Actually it was more than challenging. A shame, because I'd like to go back. It was great value, otherwise.
