Hello, This was the worst hotel stay of my life. I’ve never been so disappointed. Basic necessities and services were not provided. I felt like a hostage to the hotel with no access to food. It was truly a scary experience. We ended up walking through the snow looking for food. As there was not even a microwave or refrigerator, all we were able to eat was a bag of chips from a convenience store that we nearly got frostbite walking to. I booked this hotel for the restaurants and room service, and they were not serving their menus and when they were open we waited 4 hours for our orders which still came in incorrectly. They were severely underprepared in every way and I felt trapped. Staff was rude and unhelpful my entire stay. I was not even helped with my luggage. I was also charged an additional fee upon checkin that I was not previously aware of and will take 5 business days to come off of my account. I am requesting a full refund as this was in no way a vacation, as intended. I have never felt more trapped or unwelcome.

I like that the property had smart rooms however it was hard to learn what controlled the lamp in the corner. That was frustrating. Over Easy was a great experience. There's a speakeasy which is super fun and hipstery. The valet takes forever. Good Downtown location. Staff was good however not everyone at the front desk knows how to look up a reservation.

Staff & service were top notch!!! Great location very easy to get around town.

Front desk staff, with the exception of a couple of people

Should have known there would be problems when it took twenty minutes to valet park. Upon check in we were told they just gave away their last room. They stated they were overbooked and several rooms had a/c issues and could not be occupied. I explained the the manager that this reservation was made in APRIL, four months ago! She was very condescending and unprofessional asking if we wanted to see and/or stay in a room without air conditioning. Since it was 100 degrees yesterday this was unacceptable. We were offered a room two blocks away and did what felt like a walk of shame in the heat with our luggage. This hotel was booked for it's mid century appeal and we had tickets for a music show in the Statler Ballroom. We checked into the Hotel Indigo (they were amazing and very accommodating) and walked back to the Statler for the show. The staff at the Statler needs to remember they are in the hospitality business and smile. The degree of apathy was stunning. Cash only bar in the venue, broken fixtures in the men's room, empty paper by 9pm in the ladies room, beautiful patio with red stains on the seating cushions that included a view of boxes stacked floor to ceiling topped with an igloo cooler in a conference room. I could literally feel Mr Hilton spinning in his grave. This hotel could be an amazing gem in Dallas, however nobody that works there cares.

Friendly people at check in. Overall a great place to stay, if I were to go back to Dallas I would stay here again. Loved the rainfall shower and the updated room. The pool was really nice but a little small.

the hotel was a great place to stay, the staff at the restaurants and bars was the only complaint from our group

We loved it! Awesome room, the rooftop bar was fun and not terribly crowded during the day. Valet was slow, I recommend using the link to request your car before you actually leave your room (or 15-20 minutes before you really need to leave). Valet also tried to charge my friend $15 even though it was $5/hour and he had only been there a little over an hour. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

Room was beautiful with every modern feature! However, some of the layout and furnishings were strange, I.e., only one very hidden and virtually unusable electrical outlet in the bathroom, no waste can in the bathroom. Room service was poor. Both nights of our stay the room was not made up until we called the front desk at 5:00 - 6:00 pm. Very limited drawer space with only a half sized closet. The safe in the room did not work at all and was never fixed despite two requests. Bottled water was not provided for free or for sale.
