Nice hotel but disappointed.
This hotel is really nice but we’ve stayed here a handful of times. Every time we have stayed and prepaid with hotels.com. They tell us it’s overbooked and they try to move us from a king room to 2 full size beds. My husband is 6’3 and can’t possibly sleep in a full size bed. I just wish you get what you pay for. I hate I have to even tell them no we do not want to stay in a room type we didn’t book. Especially for how expensive it is. It’s not good guest service. Everything else is great, the rooms are lovely and so is valet.

Really fun property, centrally located to lots of restaurants. Hotel has nice amenities like free coffee bar, happy hour and suv service to nearby locations. Nice gym for hotel. Rooms are spacious

Very clean, room lovely and spacious we stayed in the king parlor. Valet staff outside were really friendly and helpful made use of their free shuttle transport. What I didn’t like was no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. Also the coffee in corridor a hassle if you didn’t want to have to get dressed to just get a coffee first thing . Housekeeping was so late in afternoon always seemed to be just as we got back from the day and wanted to just rest up before getting ready for the evening. Nice touch the cold drinks and cookie in afternoon by lifts .

Customer service was immaculate! Was offered free wine for booking, cookies and fruit infused water. Our balcony room over the pool and plush robes were truly comforting and remarkable. Courtesy car to our restaurant was awesome!

Nice Hotel
The hotel stay was great, and most of the personnel were wonderful. There was one gentleman in valet who was outstanding and I wish I’d gotten his name. He offered us a lift to Starbucks before we were leaving as he said the parking there was nonexistent. The other valet heavily pushed for us not to take the lift as there was “plenty of to go parking”, so we felt pushed to decline the ride. We should have listened to the first gentleman. The hotel is in a convenient location and had nice amenities.
