Property looks nice from the outside but one of our rooms had bugs/cockroaches and a water puddle in the kitchen area, There were also no amenities to speak of, just muffins and coffee in the morning but the muffins were gone by 8 am each day. Having a full kitchen was nice but the desk staff took literally 45 minutes to show up and help us so we could check in.
The room smell was horrible, the phone didn't work, and the elevators weren't working either. The staff was rude and the manager was not at the hotel either. I ended up checking out immediately and found a different hotel nearby. Bad experience all around!

Since i been here the stove want get hot enough to boil water, the stockets around the stove doesnt work. I have to use my toaster oven in the room or bathroom; which is a huge inconvient because of my disability im on crutches. There was a guy that stole $300 from me and I have reason to believe that one of your staff was in on it. I called police and she refuse to speak to police and tell them who the guys was that she rented the room to. That was a part of my rent for the week which led me to pay day by day. I want to know the names of those guys that stole my money. I wanted to move but im on crutches and i have a disable child.
