Nice hotel, convenient to the local highways I needed, but no highway noise. Great staff, clean and a good breakfast. Will stay there again when I'm back in the area.

I stay in hotels quite a few times a year. We were in town for personal matters but also for the state fair and we wanted a room for 5 people so that we could all hang out in the room at night and I was worried the room would be too small. But when we arrived the staff particularly Kimberly was amazingly friendly. We had STARBUCKS coffee at the reception. And when I open the door to the room it was just like the picture. The living area was big. We had two sinks in the room, even a little fridge. I like that the living room looked separate from where the beds were. Our television surprisingly big with many connections for our gadgets. The space was wonderful. Loved that I did not have to fight for parking even though it was packed. Can't complain about the breakfast either. It was simple but for once the eggs did not taste watered down. And the pancakes tasty. Overall the experience was wonderful. It was great and we even had free wifi and gated parking and so close to the highway, we were able to get around fairly quickly.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was great. .

I guess you get what you pay for. Yes they have free breakfast, but the hotel is noisy, not very clean, and did I say noisy?

Customer Service from staff was ok. The morning hot breakfast is nice. Had an issue with the key not working a few times the staff fixed it quickly. Maids cleaned up room everyday and shower pressure was fine. The TV is a little outdated but if you had an HDMI cable you could watch what you wanted on your laptop on the big screen. No microwave in rooms is a drawback. Very quiet location.

Very nice room, love the way it's arrange. Very comfortable. Breakfast is buffet, very nice too, complete. Staff was friendly. Location was good, restaurants nearby. The only thing was the air condition goes on and off too frequently, could get a little bit warm at times. But yes I would recommend Hyatt Place, I stayed in one in Kansas City, it's the same, I like them, affordable price.

Enjoyed the location. It was a bit noisy in the room that I stayed in but it was full and a last minute res.

Only con that we had as a family about the hotel was the cable service. We had to end our trip very early because we dreaded going back to the room. The cable service truly could be better. There was only one cartoon channel (which was for teen children) and I have a 2yr old in which he could not relate, the news, and multiple sports channels. A cable upgrade is definitely needed!!! All in All it made the stay very boring and basic. Such a nice hotel but it definitely took away points.

The hotel was very nice and cozy. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great breakfast. I would most definitely recommend it to other and would definitely stay here again.

The stay would have been better if the experience for a stay-cation was actually one enjoyed. The check in process was simple and the guy at the front desk was really nice. So I thought that the evening was going to be nice. He offered a top floor with a view and peace and quiet... View was construction, and the pace and quiet didn't exist because I was right in front of the elevators.... not good nor cool since the floor seemed occupied with a sports team from high school. For the time there I couldn't get any sleep. Breakfast was ok and I notice that the front desk from the morning was not interested how my evening went but she felt obliged to ask another guest in front of me. Sooo yeah I don't think that I will be coming back to this location at that anyway.

I have stayed here four times. I like the location, the staff, and the breakfast. The room is very comfortable as well.

Traffic noise was very loud and kept me up the whole night. Worst night sleep in a hotel ever!

Room service knock to our door at 8 am why why why?

Overall the hotel was clean and good quality. The only downside is it's right next to the freeway and can be a little noisy. However it is great for getting around Dallas because it's by the freeway.

The hotel was clean and spacious. The bed was very uncomfortable. The noise level from other guest was very distracting for a peaceful night sleep. After one night stay, I had to choose another hotel to sleep in.

100 loved the staff and the hotel. Would stay there in a heartbeat.

Was perfect location for shopping, dining and location! The pool are was very secluded and great. Beds comfortable and rooms large!

Great location. Staff very friendly, hotel very nice. Would definitly stay here again.

Business trip. Conveniently located near SMU. Clean, comfortable hotel with good rates. Will use again!

This trip was booked as a last minute resort. We got an excellent deal through this website. However, when we got to the room it wasn't what I expected. The hotel seems to be under construction. Tiles in the ceiling seem to missing pieces where you can see into the hotels pipes and wiring. I ignored it and continued to our room. When we got to our room, there was a smell in our room. So we had to go out and get air freshener, potpourri, and smell good for the room which helped tremendously. I didn't say anything to the staff because our trip here was so short. We weren't staying in our rooms the whole tine and I'm pretty sure they couldn't move us considering it was a memorial weekend. Yes, the staff was nice and the breakfast was okay but this hotel needs complete makeover and uplift. There is no reason why this Hyatt should be in this condition.
