Only one elevator in the building, it was very slow. The room didn’t have enough pillows and even after we went to the desk and asked for another they never brought it. The fourth floor smelled like weed all night. The hot breakfast was appreciated but the glassware was dirty. Unfortunately not up to our standards so we will stay somewhere else next time.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. The breakfast was better than what you get at many hotels. Staff was friendly. It was nice that they had gated parking but the entrance gate was painfully slow to open
The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was really good. However, the hotel itself needs some tlc. The two glaring issues were the elevators and ice machines. Only one elevator worked and boy was it slow. It also felt like it was going to just drop completely. It was usually just faster to take the stairs to the sixth floor. Also, there was only one working ice machine...on the first floor. It would also be nice if the room had a microwave. Location was pretty good with easy access to highways.

they label themselves as having a restaurant. they do not. they have prepackaged items that they heat up if you are lucky and there sre 2 staff working at the same time so one can stay at the desk. the so called restaurant is a few tables set up in the lobby area

We need compensation for Sunday to Monday Dallas has a tornado that touched down 2 blocks from our hotel, no power for 24 hours
