Staff - the servers didn’t attend to the table at the restaurant. The valet didn’t pull the car and we waited 30 minutes after calling for the car, the front desk didn’t see my hat that I asked for and sent me away, even though she found it sitting under her monitor afterwards, the gift shop attendant was rude.
