The room was spacious, clean, and had Starbucks coffee for the in-room coffee maker.

Torn furniture, smoke stained windows, musty overall feel. The smell from the kitchen many floors below, was nauseating

To much construction going on. restraunt was closed so only had choice of buffet

This is our 5th year staying here for Anime fest. Always enjoy the stay.

Was across the street from my business meeting, so it was convenient. Hotel was good except they closed the main restaurant early so you had to go to the Sports bar (I think it was called Draft). Food there was much cheaper and great. First night had the Fish and Chips and it was the best fish and chips that I can remember. Great job. Second night had the BBQ brisket flatbread pizza, also very good. Nice job to all.

1,840 rooms very small pool. Doors to leave the pool area very difficult to open. In room service kind of expensive. People in the 26th floor super noisy, wakes up at 100am 200am 3am 4am.Nice view from high floor

Great room and hotel. Record high temps though. Would stay again. Good central location and close to DART train. Staff very polite and accommodating. Great hotel for a family stay or a business trip.

Left something at the hotel. Reached out multiple times. Once was told I shouldn't have forgotten it. You think?! I definitely didn't do it on purpose. Absolutely no help!

I thought my experience was nice, until the ride home. I started itching and now found out that I have been infected with scabies. I can't be 100% certain but I think I may have gotten this in the hotel. But to be fair I cannot be certain.

Loved the hotel and the staff was great. Clean and had everything I needed.

The restroom was the worst. Our toilet appeared as if it came straight from a public restroom and into our private room

Excellent hotel in a very good location in Downtown Dallas

The hotel experience was very pleasant. We were offered an upgrade at check-in that was very comfortable. I enjoyed the room and it was very comfortable.

Room 1018 had multiple issues. -the door to the room had to be SLAMMED for it to shut. (We had our 4 month old with use.). - old vomit was dried on the walls. - the batheroom sink valve did not work probably. - The bathroom sink would drain extremely slow. While packing the bathroom stuff away my grabbed an item and light bumped the drain. The drain pipe broke in half. - there was furniture with water damage. - the glasses out of use to use were all dirty. - when we asked for clean one? We were told that is how they come. - the vent in the bathroom had black dust/mold in it. - we had "new" that were not clean. Still had what ear wax on one and blood on the other. That is some of the items.

We received warm welcome by friendly staff. The hotel has a nice location and good view of downtown.
