I thought my experience was nice, until the ride home. I started itching and now found out that I have been infected with scabies. I can't be 100% certain but I think I may have gotten this in the hotel. But to be fair I cannot be certain.

Loved the hotel and the staff was great. Clean and had everything I needed.

The restroom was the worst. Our toilet appeared as if it came straight from a public restroom and into our private room

Excellent hotel in a very good location in Downtown Dallas

The hotel experience was very pleasant. We were offered an upgrade at check-in that was very comfortable. I enjoyed the room and it was very comfortable.

Room 1018 had multiple issues. -the door to the room had to be SLAMMED for it to shut. (We had our 4 month old with use.). - old vomit was dried on the walls. - the batheroom sink valve did not work probably. - The bathroom sink would drain extremely slow. While packing the bathroom stuff away my grabbed an item and light bumped the drain. The drain pipe broke in half. - there was furniture with water damage. - the glasses out of use to use were all dirty. - when we asked for clean one? We were told that is how they come. - the vent in the bathroom had black dust/mold in it. - we had "new" that were not clean. Still had what ear wax on one and blood on the other. That is some of the items.

We received warm welcome by friendly staff. The hotel has a nice location and good view of downtown.

the room was very old the bathroom very old too much money for this type

Centrally located with two rail stations nearby this hotel is a great place and accessible to everything. Very comfortable and stylish room too.

Awful parking - no good restaurants - a convention hosted without notice to other guests - miserable all the way around

they took care of us. felt safe. Great coffee.clean rooms .

verry good no issues good food awesome will stay there again

The location of the hotel was great to walk to several restaurants: including Mad Hatter for breakfast and the best salsa at Wild Salsa. You have a short drive to Pecan Lodge and Twisted Root burgers. The hotel rooms were spacious and not tight for a family of 4. However, this is a huge hotel, without a great restaurant or snack place to eat. Check with the hotel before booking to see which conventions are going on at the same time. Our daughter was unable to swim for 2 days of our trip due to the amount of people in the pool and fitness area. The convention going on had families piling in rooms, and there were a lot of people around. This hotel needs the presence of security, or bands for the pool area.

The room I was provided was simply not up to standard for an upscale business hotel. Inadequacies existed on many levels – very small size room, technically behind the times (no HDMI or USB ports on TV), lack of amenities and even lack of basic maintenance. For example, next to the (tiny) closet, a built-in clothes storage unit with six pull-out drawers had ALL SIX DRAWERS broken with no functional glides! (Not one of the drawers could be pulled out safely without the drawer collapsing into the drawer below it....or potentially falling on the user's foot!) A second example was the pint-size (and I do mean MININAL) bathroom which was not even large enough to accommodate basic furnishings (e.g. the toilet seat could not be raised fully open because it hit the shelf behind it...or the shower curtain could not be fully closed because the vanity was pressed literally up against the side of the tub) These were just a FEW of the examples in my room. To be fair, the hotel check-in staff member I spoke with (because of a TV glitch) was courteous, empathetic and at least tried to be helpful. To her credit, she went out of her way to get assistance from the hotel's technical staff. Unfortunately, not only did the followup take quite a bit of time for a response, the information relayed back (about the room's TV and hardware) was completely wrong and did not jive with the actual room whatsoever. She did confide that the hotel's South Tower (where I resided) was currently under renovation and not all units had been modified yet. (That may have been true, but Sheraton never informed me of that in advance, nor provided a discount for those inadequacies. In short, an upscale property should not spring those types of 'surprises' on an unsuspecting customer....EVER! I travel to Dallas regularly and gave the downtown Dallas Sheraton a try because of its convenient location. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and had too many 'uh-ohs' along the way. The Sheraton's room rate is about average for a downtown hotel, but I still wince at what I paid for that one night, considering how poor the accommodations were. As a final fyi - Sheraton sent me their usual How Did We Do? questionnaire upon checkout, the reply I received back was a standard We're sorry you had a bad experience....come back after our remodel reply. In my case, I don't think they'll have to worry about it...

we had a great stay at the Sheraton. The staff was pleasant and efficient and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our canine companion. The valet staff was quick, courteous, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was Great!! The weather wasn't good at all... But the experience at Sheraton Dallas Hotel make us forget about it..

Good hotel. Liked the stay there. I will surely recommend this place.

Solid hotel, great bar and staff. I was happy with the choice.

Near everything. Loved it. Fire pit outside. You gotta check it out.
