Staff was horrendously rude. There is a homeless tent community right next-door to this property. I walked into the lobby no cell service no Wi-Fi. People on acid walking in the halls. Do not stay here. It’s nasty.
Very clean, professional staff, only issue was there wasn’t any hot water for 2 days out of my stay. The property did address the issue when they were notified. The issue did somewhat get resolved but you had to let the water run for about 15 mins before the hot water kicked in. Outside of that the rooms were very clean and huge!! Wi- Fi was not the strongest- had to get hot spot for better connection. Overall I would give probably 7/10

Amazing service! Helped me with my marriage proposal and all! My room was beautiful, room service was delicious, fast and didnt miss a detail. Will definitely return to this hotel and recommend a stay here to friends and family.
The window is it, conveniently located hotel in downtown Dallas. The staff was super friendly in the restaurant on the first floor really good food. In addition, the white staff was very nice. I would say that again.
