Experience was pleasant, a little pricey, but overall good

Overall it was a good experience, the heat in our room didn’t work and made a constant ticking sound

Pros: The room has a modern design....nicely decorated and a relaxing atmosphere. It is a great location for those visiting the Dallas attractions in downtown. The staff was friendly. Cons: I was surprised by the fact that it didn’t have a bathtub. The sink wasn’t cleaned very well. Only one elevator working on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Beautiful decor with updated rooms and lobby. Great location within walking distance so local sites and wonderful restaurants.

I can say I've been to 2 westin's now atlanta and dallas. Both were beautiful. Staff made me feel like I was the president, amenities were great food excellent and room was spacious , modern and bEd super comfortable

Really bad experiences with employees and very bad services. We were rated as "the cheap clients from orbitz". As soon as they know that you come from orbitz and expedia, you have a bad sticker on you.

Great hotel and location. Walking distance from museums and shops.

Marvelous view from the top floor pool. Great bathroom! Nice clean room, not homey but comfortable enough. I loved the chaise lounge in the room -- the bed was way too soft (great for sleeping) to be able to watch TV, so having the option of a comfy chaise was nice. Restaurants in the hotel are convenient but over-priced. They do have a lot of healthy options on the menus, though.

Large hotel with dining options downtown Dallas. Large room, up to date bathrooms. Pool and workout facility had a gorgeous view of the city.

Good area, friendly staff, nice room, easily accessible to many places I visited while I was there.
