Upon arrival we were told the water to the hotel was going to be shut off between 10am and 4pm the next day. We had booked services at the spa for that next morning so we weren’t checking out till 12pm. We were unable to shower or clean up in the room afterwards. If we had known, we would’ve booked somewhere else.

Relaxing stay in Las Colinas

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of a lot of nice restaurants and with plenty of things to do nearby. The staff is extremely welcoming and eager to make your stay pleasant. The interior is a little worn in places but very clean and the hotel is being renovated so the worn part is being taken care of. That being said we never had any inconvenience due to the renovations. We didn’t eat at Flossie’s but the Lakehouse had delicious food. Probably the best part of our stay was the pool area it’s open and relaxing and the pool side staff were very helpful and gracious. There was a small convention and a wedding at the same time we were there, but we never felt crowded and there was plenty of staff on hand to care for everyone’s needs. We will be back!!

Great Service, Old Building, Old Comforter

The experience was a good one. Customer service was amazing. I arrived durring the day time, the sun highlighted old dry mold in my comforter. First I thought maybe it was pattern print on the comforter or feathers in the comforter but it was not. So I slept with my sheets no comforter because I couldn’t unsee what I saw.
