The hotel is overdue for refreshing. Furniture is old, chipped, undefined and questionable stains. Cleanliness is so so too. Pubic hairs in tub and bathroom floor suggests a minimal amount of housekeeping too. No phone in room.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly employees at the desk. Was only an overnight stay, so not much interaction. The gym looked good, and the pool looked clean. Right off the freeway. Would stay again and would recommend.

The hotel was comfortable. If you're just about the bed & shower... this is it.

The location and price met my needs. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate; real eggs preferred to powdered eggs.

I arrived later than expected. The employee struggled to locate my reservation (that's probably an Orbitz issue). I was eventually sent to my room, which was under construction. Then I was sent to a 2nd room that was clearly either just or was very recently occupied (bed unmade, towels all over the bathroom). The key didn't work for the 3rd room I was sent to, so at this point, I left the hotel. I was able to get a room in the Westin across the street in about 3 minutes.

The pool didn't look like it was cleaned regularly. The bathroom had cob webs and the piece you hold on to in the shower was broken off. The front desk receptionist appeared to have an attitude of the phone and attitude in person when asked about early check in times. Would not waste money and stay at this hotel again.

If you often stay near the DFW airport, you are familiar with how loud the airplane landing/takeoff noises can be. I recently stayed across the street at the Quality Inn and found this hotel to be MUCH quieter. The accommodations were satisfactory - not anything overly impressive. The sink had a large crack in it, the carpet had stains, the closet door right inside the room entry would try to open as you walked by... all small details that are not a big deal when staying at an economy hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to a friend because the price is right, the room was roomy and has a microwave and refrigerator, and the noise from the airport was not apparent.

The hotel is showing its age. Small in room refer, full of frost. Bathroom shower adequate.

Lets start with, 3 of the towels had Ethnic pubic hairs in bedded into the towels. I booked a room for 2. The King suite had a his and hers bathroom sinks yet We only had service for 1. The carpet was nasty on the bottoms of your feet. Long over due for a steam cleaning. The shower currtin had dryed ?? something on it. Probably a dryed buger. After listening to people run up and down the halls and slamming the doors We get up at 6am for breakfest bar and go down the hall to the elevators and find a big pile of vomit with a dirty towel laying in it. When I mentioned it front desk they said they were awear of it and was letting it dry so they could clean it up later????? I told th I should not have to see that on my way down to enjoy my breakfest and they said they should not have to see it either, an I should blame the drunk people who did it.???? NASTY!!! When I checked out at 10:30 the nasty mess was still there!!! NASTY STAFF!!

Bed was hard and room smelled like someone had smoked in there. The bathroom ceiling was peeling off and the bathtub was very dingy. The shower curtain wouldn't stay in place and got water on the floor.

First impression is the front desk and the management needs to focus on training, in reference to professionalism.

Flight out was cancelled so booked this last minute. Room was fine but seemed a bit old. Could easily hear the room next door which kept me awake longer than I would've liked - I didn't complain to the staff so I don't know if that would have helped. Breakfast seemed pretty standard, average fare but better than expensive airport food.

Being a member of Wyndham I was very disappointed in my room which was so uncortabke sleeping on a worn out bed with tiny cheap pillows with my health it was horrible will never stay at another Wyndham Wingate

greeat hotel for get away. was staying there during a wedding weekend, so i didnt interact with staff as much, but it was a clean and nice hotel.

Staff extremely helpful. Room large and very comfortable. took care of obtaining my boarding pass. Nice simple buffet in the morning. Thank you.

Very clean & quiet hotel with a great staff. It's located in a not so busy area which means it's very quiet.

I used this hotel for business and I was satisfied with my stay.

My stay on this hotel has always been great. All very helpfull and willing to assist you in whatever you may need.

dirty and dingy

3x's a failure

I arrived later than expected. The employee struggled to locate my reservation (that's probably an Orbitz issue). I was eventually sent to my room, which was under construction. Then I was sent to a 2nd room that was clearly either just or was very recently occupied (bed unmade, towels all over the bathroom). The key didn't work for the 3rd room I was sent to, so at this point, I left the hotel. I was able to get a room in the Westin across the street in about 3 minutes.

when is the last time the pool was cleaned?!

affordable and quieter than across the street!

If you often stay near the DFW airport, you are familiar with how loud the airplane landing/takeoff noises can be. I recently stayed across the street at the Quality Inn and found this hotel to be MUCH quieter. The accommodations were satisfactory - not anything overly impressive.
