I love being close to the airport but the room was very run down, the keys didn’t work and you had to be let in by staff and the air conditioning went on and off all night making it very hard to sleep.

Staff was very helpful in helping us with a small birthday party. My room was fine but my parents heater wasn’t working well. There were several ceiling tiles pushed aside on a Sunday… Obviously the worker could’ve put them back when he was done working on them I’m assuming Friday… The cleanliness and upkeep of the room had Room for improvement but was not bad. The thing I liked most was each bed had four pillows! So over all it was a so-so experience.

Close to the airport and easy to get to. Excellent for a quick overnight stay where you won’t be renting a car.

The hotel was nice. The staff very cheerful and helpful. The only issue i had was the table in the room was broken but they took care of it. I would stay again.

The room and hotel are entirely adequate. I would not discourage anyone based on that. Where things fell totally flat were with the hotel shuttle to DFW and the staff. Hotel Shuttle: We arrived late, like 11:30pm. I to ask about the shuttle once we got to baggage claim. It took 40mins for the shuttle to arrive, from a hotel that was 10 mins away. Granted, they did have to stop at multiple terminals, but that still seemed excessive. Also I called back twice to ask where the shuttle was, because I honestly thought I missed it, and they just said it's on it's way, no ETA or explaination. Once we did get going, it was about a 10 min ride to the hotel. Also, they do not pay the shuttle drivers a living wage. There is a sign posted saying that the majority of the driver's pay is from tips. Please just raise my room rate by a couple bucks so the drivers don't have to rely on tipping. This promotes a bad atmosphere. Hotel Staff: We got to the hotel very close to 1am, so were likely the last to check in. We got our key, went to the room and the key doesn't work. Back to the desk where there is no one to be found. I ring the bell, wait a few minutes, ring the bell again, wait, repeat. I finally call the hotel, nothing still. 15 mins later, the front desk clerk comes back. We get a our key and are finally in out room after 1am. Just a few unfortunately events that really left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not make a return visit knowing that this could possibly happen again.

Nice hotel; no issues; this was a business trip; nothing special

The day was pleasant, however the bathroom door was stuck due to the warping of the wood. On the plus side it had great hot water.

Furniture looked like used discarded furniture. Not Antiques. Air conditioning was very hard to control temp in the room. Light Fixture in the Bathroom / Shower had dead bugs (Big Ones). Big turn off. Reported to staff. Nothing was done. Would never go back. Not on par for the price. Desk Chair would not allow a comfortable setting in order to work from the desk. Oh Yeah, I must not forget that each time I needed to plug my laptop into the wall outlet (Only Place Available) I had to pull the Desk away from the wall to access the Wall Outlet. The Bed was so used the Springs talked to you every time you sat or laid down. To get this just go over to the Red Roof. Half the price but you get the same results. Recommend a Big Pass this UP!

Thankfully we only had to stay one night. Basically it's old & needs a complete update. The carpets are stained in the rooms & hallway, air conditioner is attached to the wall & very old, the beds are very small & super uncomfortable, the bathroom floor tiles are slick & dangerous if you have little ones. Front desk was polite, the breakfast was decent, breakfast staff was not friendly & gave the impression that we were in her way. There are only 2 entrance points & when it's raining you can't avoid getting soaked trying to get in the building.

The 1st room had a roach, alive, in the bathtub. I asked to be moved. The second room stunk with cigarette smoke, even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. After being moved a 3rd time, I awoke the next morning to find tiny insects in my bed, not bed bugs, but not sure what they were. Dropped my rental car off and called for a ride from the airport by the hotel shuttle. After waiting for about 15 minutes, a shuttle from the hotel next door offered to take me. I tried to call the hotel to let them know I had another ride. After my call was automatically put on hold for another 8 to 10 minutes I hung up. When I arrived at the hotel about 10 minutes later, I walked in the lobby to find that there was no one at the front desk, even though there were people standing there waiting. While waiting to be reassigned to another room after finding a live roach in the tub, the woman in line ahead of me was asking to have another room assigned because hers had not been cleaned yet. Also, there was a leak in the ceiling in the hallway leading to the elevators. It was in the process of being repaired at the time.

The hotel is overdue for refreshing. Furniture is old, chipped, undefined and questionable stains. Cleanliness is so so too. Pubic hairs in tub and bathroom floor suggests a minimal amount of housekeeping too. No phone in room.

Expensive for what they offer. Breakfast was cold and old

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly employees at the desk. Was only an overnight stay, so not much interaction. The gym looked good, and the pool looked clean. Right off the freeway. Would stay again and would recommend.

The hotel was comfortable. If you're just about the bed & shower... this is it.

The location and price met my needs. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate; real eggs preferred to powdered eggs.

I arrived later than expected. The employee struggled to locate my reservation (that's probably an Orbitz issue). I was eventually sent to my room, which was under construction. Then I was sent to a 2nd room that was clearly either just or was very recently occupied (bed unmade, towels all over the bathroom). The key didn't work for the 3rd room I was sent to, so at this point, I left the hotel. I was able to get a room in the Westin across the street in about 3 minutes.

The pool didn't look like it was cleaned regularly. The bathroom had cob webs and the piece you hold on to in the shower was broken off. The front desk receptionist appeared to have an attitude of the phone and attitude in person when asked about early check in times. Would not waste money and stay at this hotel again.

If you often stay near the DFW airport, you are familiar with how loud the airplane landing/takeoff noises can be. I recently stayed across the street at the Quality Inn and found this hotel to be MUCH quieter. The accommodations were satisfactory - not anything overly impressive. The sink had a large crack in it, the carpet had stains, the closet door right inside the room entry would try to open as you walked by... all small details that are not a big deal when staying at an economy hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to a friend because the price is right, the room was roomy and has a microwave and refrigerator, and the noise from the airport was not apparent.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. If they would invest in keep the property painted and carpets cleaned it would be a very nice place.

The hotel is showing its age. Small in room refer, full of frost. Bathroom shower adequate.
