Property is under renovation which wasn’t on the site when I booked it! Lots of noise up to 10PM! Place needs the renovation, carpets are torn, paint looks bad, parking lot is crowded due to all construction materials. Staff seemed less than caring about the situation, just kept saying it’s on our website that we are doing renovation! They share a shuttle with SEVERAL other hotels! Ride to/from airport can take time. Plan accordingly!

Pool was closed rooms outdated. Receptionist was rude. The airport shuttle was good. The location near airport was good

It was close to my destination. It was a bit tired. The staff was a bit more concerned with its duties than customer service. I stood at the check-in desk for ten minutes while both clerks talked with guests about the provinces they were from in other countries. In the morning, the cleaning staff was intrusive everywhere.

The property was clean except for the chairs in the lobby head stains on the furniture. Get rid of fablic lobby furniture go with leather.

Worst hotel i have stayed at in a long time. Ran down, very strong smoke smell, very sketchy

Nice and clean property and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I slept well bed was comfortable and clean.

It was a mess- they gave me a room adjacent to in progress construction and paint. The room smelled bad and the workers were outside my door at 7am waiting to get into the work area which they didn’t start til 8.

I loved the property and would have given it an overall Excellent rating but for the fact that when I stayed there the pool was not operational. That disappointed me because that was one of the amenities I was most looking forward to using during my stay. Otherwise, I was pleased with my room and the amenities for the price.

Decent hotel, clean room, nice staff. Breakfast was good, limited selection.

The outside of hotel looks good but the rooms furnishings were just old. The beds were so old and stained you cold feel the springs. I would never stay here again. The lobby smelled like body odor and the unkept airport shuttle driver drives too fast for the uneven roads. The cleaning ladies spoke only Spanish so it was difficult to get more towels. I would not consider this hotel again. Curb appeal looks ok but the inside and service is poor.
