This hotel was really disappointing. The staff seemed spread very thin and we're not very kind or helpful. There were two used Band-Aids by the pool that were still there the next day. We tried to order room service, but found out later that we had to go down to the bar and get the food there. The beds were comfy, but that was about it

the gym and bar area was great. Front desk staff super friendly and nice. Room was nice and liked the decorations in the room. Only thing not great was room smelled like cigarettes.

Good location. You can hear everything in other rooms.. I heard a normal conversation next door and I could hear them using the restroom. Room was basic - nothing special. They also do not have a way to get into the safe so you had better remember your code. I was told “how can you not remember your own code?” ..
