We had a great stay. Clean and bed was comfy.

Property had some issues. Refrigerator in the room did not work. Housekeeping tried to come in at 8am and 9 am on the day we checked out. Our son is at SMU and it is very close to campus. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it has been typically very nice. Since we typically drive to Dallas or rent a car, parking is important and the parking at Beeman was great UNTIL recently. They have just changed the parking and a good portion of it is now "paid" parking. There was always convenient parking in the front and down the side, but now you must parking in the back and each time I parked at night I had to park pretty far from the hotel entrance. It looks like it would be an easy place to have your car broken into.We will probably only be staying here again as a last resort.
It was easy to find. They had an event going, a bunch of cheerleaders for a competition and live music so I was surprised we were still able to find parking. We had a great stay. The only complaint I would have is that the toilet is way to close to the shower. So it makes the time on the toilet very cramped. But other then that everything was great.
Air conditioning wasn’t functioning well at all. It was blowing cool air but temp was 80.
Great experience! Everything from the dining to the indoor pool was just perfect. The room was comfortable and quiet. What more can you ask for? Loved it!
The room had dirty towels and sheets. The bed didnt look made, there was trash in the trash cans. The bar of soap in the restroom was alreadt used.
