Site seeing, water park, outdoor games.

We really enjoyed ourselves while there. Everything was great. The onky bad part was that the restaurant up top was closed

The description about the pool neglects to say that day passes are sold to non-guests and thus Jaded Waters is a water park. It is so crowded without enough seating.

The water park feature was nice, however; they did not check for proof of hotel stay and it seemed as though anyone could come in. The rooms were not at all how it is pictured. It is very old and the carpet was ripped up and rusted shower tub.

Loved the resort

Very nice looking art pieces.

Staff, location, support.

Not properly advertised. Water park not being open, after that being our deciding factor to come stay there.

We went on a girl's trip with friends and were put on property away that seemed as if it had just been opened up. The area in front of our rooms actually said that section was closed. We were not ablw to drive up to drop off bags and there was no valet available to help with bags. The property was over run by teens without supervision. The pool was over crowded as well as the only restaurant that was open. Most things were shut down on property. We tried to get ice on 3 different floors before calling the front desk and they told us to go to one of the restaurants to get it. Our toilet was also broken when we arrived in the room and had yo get maintenance to fix it.

The check in staff was great but,the service was horrible couldn't get any clean towels had to call just to get all of that. Didn't have our room clean half the Waterpark was close. All in all dissatisfied. One in done

The largeness of the property. It was quiet. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Everything was clean and welcoming. Bell hop very helpful. Indoor pool was open and worth it. Very nice and seculded. No microwaves in the rooms. Refrigerator did not get that cold. Need a map of the property to locate amenties. Spa was not open. Overall nice and will be back to visit when outdoor pool is open

This is by far the best hotel in Dallas. No other hotel can match the amenities here. The property is massive. The walking trail, spa, workout area, basketball court, raquetball court, classes, etc...The art is amazing. They even have a piece of the original Berlin wall on display. My only con is the food options could be better.

THE WATERPARK WAS GREAT FOR OUR FAMILY JUST WISH THE LAP POOL AND SPA WAS OPEN ALSO

It was great!!! Fun times with the family and friends.
