Hilton Anatole

4.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The hotel was so beautiful as you walk in, the grandeur was breathtaking. The room was very clean. Two pitfalls are: 1) NO microwave and 2) quality of the toilet paper. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the amenities.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot...right off of stemmons, close to downtown, market center, theater, arts, restaurants, etc. The property is really large , so be prepared to have to explore the grounds to get oriented to where everything is. not very personable....

We stood at the hotel for the water park and it was closed.

We specifically chose the Hilton Anatole for our recent Dallas stay because we had our 14 year old in tow and wanted to let him have fun in the water. We were in town to visit some places in downtown and Deep Ellum and were willing to stay a little further out because of this perk. The hotel is huge and beautiful however we were not told at any point during check in when I mentioned how excited my son was for the waterpark nor was it listed on the hotel or Orbitz website that the waterpark was closed. We had to walk across the distance of the resort to get to the waterpark only to be told that it was closed and the leisure pool was over run with lots of adults drinking a little too much (it was a big game day). The indoor pool was a nice size but the water was very cold so we didn't stay long. Also because of the game day, the people in the next room were very loud and we could hear them through the adjoining door. And when we got back to the hotel Saturday night at 12:45, dropped the kiddo off in the room and tried to grab a drink, the bar Media told us they were closed (even though all the seats at the bar were full). When I told the front desk my concerns at check out, they made sure to take care of part of our bill and apologized that the website did not relay proper pool dates and that they were working on fixing. I hope they correct because we would stay again if the waterpark was open!

Great hotel, nice staff. Pool and gym facilities are great. Food is expesive

Excellent stay in hotel, much larger than we thought, lot of choices in ammenities! Will definitely return!

Ok hotel. Too expensive for type of service. Restaurants were over priced for quality and quantity of food. Dont charge $15 for a side salad or $7 for an iced coffee. When I arrived, 1st room smelled. Waited 15 mins to get new room (though they werent busy), and it was clear on the other side of the campus. Water in my room never got hot. At best mildly warm my whole visit. I visited friends at other hotels during my stay and was dismayed by the location I had chosen. Probably a grand hotel in the 80s-90s.

Beautiful ambience, polite staff, gorgeous lobby areas and the art and sculptures are a must-see. Did not like the construction going on but it will look cool when done.

Great time. Not too pricey. This was a staycation for us and we enjoyed the night away.

had the best time of our life. 7 friends and I stayed at the best Hotel in Dallas (Hilton Anatole). Cowboy Fans from California, first time in Texas. we went to see Dallas Cowboys play Philadelphia Eagles at the best Stadium in the World AT&T Stadium. we are planning to see at least one game each year and this is the only place we will consider staying.

Everything I expected from this hotel. Hotel, restaurants, and artwork was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Very nice restaurant on the 27th floor with wonderful service.

20 min from DFW, well kept campus. Rooms are average size and well appointed. Excellent beds/ bedding. Showers average. Concierge floor not worth the extra $$ - well below expectations in food, cleanliness and service. Gym is adequate. Limited on site food choices considering size of hotel, but lots of interesting spots within 10 minute drive. Staff friendly & efficient.

Super nice loved the bar and the hotel was great. Will stay there again

Hotel was beyond 5 stars, upscale and nothing to discredit. Very large!

Hilton Anatole was a great weekend getaway spot with my sister. The staff was kind and the facilities are beautiful! I will surely keep it in mind when I return to Dallas.

My wife and I decided to take a trip for her birthday and LOVED the lobby when we first walked in. Lots of great art and it really may you feel like you are in a classic Hilton Hotel. There were only two negatives for us which were the lack of amenities like a complimentary breakfast and the room was pretty small (but not ridiculously small). Overall, we really loved our stay!

The staff at the hotel were accommodating and amazing to work with. We arrived early and they let us use another room to get ready for our evening while our room was being cleaned. The art work that is displayed throughout the hotel was stunning and we took several hours just to wander the hotel and view all of the displays. Nothing I can say or write does this hotel justice. If I am ever in Dallas again I will be staying here again!!

Great location: Within a few minutes of our business meeting location and several restaurants. The Concierge was very helpful and the front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Will stay at this hotel again in the future.

For some reason I was booked in a handicapped room which resulted in the hotel having to find another room. Other than the room being cleaned very late in the day ( after 4 which meant we had to reuse our towels to get ready for an event) the room was comfortable and clean.
