Amazing hotel. The entire property is adorned with beautiful art including several pieces of historical significance. Each and every staff member we encountered was polite, professional and endearing. They all made my family and I feel so welcome. From the concierge to the front desk staff everyone was perfect. Carla in the breakfast restaurant was such a welcoming presence and the perfect person to chat with before beginning the day. Don’t let me forget the best part of the property, Jade Waters. The resort style pool with lazy river, water slides, toddler area and basket ball court (not to mention swim up bar) was the ideal getaway. Plenty of lifeguards on duty. We felt safe with our daughter having the run of the place. Thank you all for the amazing mini vacation and we will return

The kid’s amenities are wonderful. The service at the water spa is not as great. We waited for a waiter, after putting up the flag for over 30 minutes. Finally just walked up to the bar.

Loved the water park area, room was large, didn't like that a family of five staying in the same room had to pay for the fifth pass to the park.

Jade waters was a hit with the kids! Very family Friendly!

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

This place has the friendliest most attentive staff I’ve ever experienced. In addition top quality place! Immaculate

The hotel staff was phenomenal and gracious. We’d booked a standard double. Site stated queen size but they ARE NOT. Bed size was a full size (or oversized twin); tiny to say the least and too firm. So, the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a King suite. The bed was NOT king size, it was the actual size of a queen and was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The shower head didn’t adjust properly; so the water just drizzled out. So, we decided to just take a sit down bath but the drain stopper didn’t work; so the water constantly drained out and the water wasn’t hot (to my standard, which I know can be subjective). Oh, and the bathroom door knob fell out in my hand. The hotel management was again very accommodating and moved us to our third room. It was a queen double bed room and it was so much better. The beds were softer and comfortable, the shower head worked and the water temperature was steaming hot (like I enjoy it!). The only issue with the bathtub was the water didn’t drain out well (very slow); so you’d be standing in water throughout your shower, which I personally don’t like at all. The staff, from the Lance bellman to David, a manager, to the front desk employees and valet staff were all so kind. Lastly, I heard a woman in a lobby restroom screaming “help” on my way to checkout. I went in of course and asked if everything was okay. She’d been stuck in a stall for an hour because the door wouldn’t unlock.

It would be great to make Wifi free and easily accessible for all guests.

There are a lot of kids; maybe not the place for a romantic and peaceful getaway.

I booked this hotel for the water park, but it was smaller than I thought and my kids were bored after an hour, the water slides didn’t open up till 1pm, there were not enough tubes available in the lazy river, and the food was way overpriced. The rooms were outdated and smelled old. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for a large meeting. The Art in the hallways and the garden was beautiful.

The hotel was so beautiful as you walk in, the grandeur was breathtaking. The room was very clean. Two pitfalls are: 1) NO microwave and 2) quality of the toilet paper. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the amenities.
