This was the most disgusting place I've ever been to. Cockroaches and other insects ON THE SECOND FLOOR, crawling from all around the baseboards. A literal hole in the wall behind the toilet. Hair and stains were everywhere so I know they didn't clean. No microwaves in-unit and the one at the front desk was DISGUSTING. Full of sludge and grime, didn't spin, and the entire thing was so slanted im surprised people's food doesn't slide out. Staff were incredibly rude and barely could understand English. Still haven't received my deposit back, despite following all protocols perfectly to get it, but they said it can take up to 25 days. Maybe they are just hoping I would forget and not complain? STAY AWAY! Spend the extra $10 somewhere else. It is NOT worth it

Not a lot of drama around but my shower in room 251 floods the floor because the shower head sprays over the curtain. The A/C is great but takes a while to check in with others there..there will be a $20 deposit and$3 service fee..bring your deposit in cash so you get I back quicker

Their number provided on Google and Expedia does not work. There were roaches and other bugs everywhere in our room. The pictures of the bedrooms are not accurate. I was given one small trash can for use, so when it overfilled i had to walk downstairs to dispose my trash. The microwave was dirty on the inside. The towels were stained. If you need to stay somewhere cheap for a short amount of time this might be great for you. Overall i would not recommend and will not be booking here again.

This is not a resort as the ade says so I don’t know why they are charging a resort fee they don’t have microwaves or refrigerators nor do they have the breakfast that they say they don’t even have an office for you to walk in. They have roaches badly and the room sheets are horrible looks like they just remake the beds

Housekeeping would do well to know who is checked out and who isn’t. I left some food in my room went out for a bit expecting to Come back and eat but housekeepers had cleaned out the room of my food. This was after one night stay of two nights booked. Since when do they clean occupied rooms? Musty smell and roaches. Dirty linens. Extremely sketchy characters hanging around. Definitely glad I only booked two nights.

Rooms are clean but ours had roaches. Front desk staff are rude and very unprofessional and not very helpful when you ask a question or have concerns. They just want to make an argument so you'll be quiet and go away.
