Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Any large vehicles will be denied access during check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.

The following vehicle types will not be allowed entry:

1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, those seating 10 or more people, or vehicles taller than 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service trucks that are too wide to safely navigate the garage.
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles lacking car-style controls.

Pets are allowed based on size. If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us in advance to avoid cancellation. An additional cleaning fee applies for each pet:

- $25 per night for stays of 1-4 nights
- $200 per pet for stays of 5-29 nights
- $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more

Please note that we are not responsible for any maintenance or repairs within the building.

Guest verification is required before your stay. To meet legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, complete the verification process, and possibly undergo a background check.

Additionally, all guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:

- Follow our rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- Complete a background check if required by property management, as indicated in the rental agreement.
- Understand that check-in instructions will be sent once the verification process is complete.

All required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking; for same-day reservations, this must be done within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.

Please note: Security cameras are installed in the hallways, and a Minut device is in the unit to monitor noise levels.
