Staff was very accommodating. Everything was very clean.

A bit hard to find... needs better signage on the access roads. Staff was nice. We never got extra pillows and blanket, but the hotel was packed due to a microburst storm that left many Dallas residents without power.... so take a few extra unless you like the instantly flat kind of pillow. Bed was okay. Shower was okay. Mini fridge not bug enough for a small box of pizza. Pool is a salt pool, which was cool! No hot tub, but that is common these days. Once you check in, there is better parking in the back with your hotel key.. handicapped is back there. I booked online and got a great deal so we were overall happy with the place.

The receptionist was so mean to me. She didnt even let me come inside after me caught her when she was sleeping beside doing her job end said that she can not check me because i do not have my check in confirmation like i am supposed to memorize those. I bet that if she would by name which i know my now she would get all my information but i guess she was too tired for that.

Very clean, new hotel. About 15 minutes to Dallas, which was perfect. Very friendly staff. The free breakfast isn’t great, but what can you expect? It was nice to have the option each morning at least. And coffee was available all day! 😊

Our room had a mint on the floor near the foot of one of the beds that was still in the wrapper but missing ~1/4 of it due the the stream of ants eating on it. With a food source due to poor cleaning, there was also ants scouting other areas of the room like the people sleeping in the beds. Obviously not my best night of sleep.

Very great experience. Slept good every night. Receptionist Kelly was wonderful, friendly and attentive. Vicky who prepares the Hot breakfast was very helpful, friendly and kept the area so clean and organized. We’ve stayed in many hotels in Dallas and I can honestly say that I’ll return to this one again.

The hotel was very attractive looking and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety and the attendants kept the area stocked and tidy. The rooms were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the toilet bowl was not cleaned.

I was in for a business conference and I came in straight from the airport. Concierge was nice and friendly and then I got to my room and it was clean, and felt so comfortable. I loved my stay.

I booked this hotel through Orbitz/Expedia to stay from 12/14/2017-12/18/2017 (four nights) but decided to check out early on 12/16/2017. Since we only stayed two nights, we requested a refund from Orbitz but Orbitz can only issue a refund if the hotel can confirm that we only stayed two nights. To my surprise the hotel was not able to give the authorization needed by Orbitz to issue my refund. The manager actually yelled at me on the phone, demanding a "proof" that I did check out early on 12/16/2017 since in the system she said I was checked out on 12/18/2017 per my original booking. I told her that the hotel did not give me a receipt when we left the hotel so I don't have any "proof" and tried to convince her that I have no reason to lie about the day we left, but she kept talking with a loud voice that I had to hung up on her. This shows the hotel's terrible accounting or record keeping system. We will never stay in this hotel anymore, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
