The Hotel was nice and clean. The room was also great and comfortable

I like the cleanliness and the space but the heater does not work. It was cold in the room. The cold breakfast is nasty. You get 2 boiled eggs, an apple, bagel, cream cheese, yogurt, water and brewed coffee. This is everyday with no variation. Too nasty

The customer service was horrible the manager not even listen to you when you try to talk to him about something my room has the be bugs and I tried to explain to him because I have my daughters when I go to this property he doesn’t care the hotel it was really dirty they don’t give you room service and They charge me extra money for the parking 2 times this is a horrible expensive I s don’t recommend this hotel never

This was the worst Hilton experience I have had in my 8 years of booking with them. There were bed bugs in one of the beds and when we spoke to the front desk clerk they referred us to the manager who disregarded us, didn’t even apologize and did nothing to accommodate us! They over charged me for one room and double charged me for parking. They didn’t want to refund me at first and never refunded me for the parking because they said valet was a different company. Overall, it was a big headache dealing with the hotel staff.

Don't but the nice pictures and the good description. This property is poorly maintained. The parking garage is dark, dirty and does not provide a good experience. The room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom sink was clogged and I had to shower with cold water one day. The bed sheets and cover were pretty ran out and stained. They told me to call "if I need my room cleaned" because they were not cleaning all the rooms due to lack of staff. Pick another hotel.

Hotel not what we expected, dirty in areas around the hotel. Parking garage is filthy and one way in and out through narrow location.

We booked our stay for 3 nights. Unfortunately pool was closed and they didn’t serve breakfast due to COVID 19. It could be nice if website posted about this so we can get another hotel. We stayed only one night and got another hotel where pool was available for guests.

I loved how friendly they was, Urga helped me out a lot It was a very spacious room

Great stay. Hotel is convenient to everything. Clean, nice, comfortable.

Excellent! Our family enjoyed the basketball court and virtual golf. They also have an inside theatre, movie of your choice and pool. Staff was fun and always made guests top priority!

We have stayed here 4 times in the last year and a half and the staff always treats us like we are important. We have been upgraded several times. They are helpful and the rooms are always great. Our kids love going there even though it's only about an hour from where we live, it feels like we are on vacation. We will continue to go there as our mini getaway.

STAFF AT THE HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL. THE LOCATION IN DOWNTOWN WAS PERFECT AS IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THE ROOM WAS GREAT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT ROOM SERVICE NEVER ONCE CLEANED OUR ROOM OR GAVE US NEW TOWELS.

Overall a great place to stay, we had an issue with the maid skipping our room the first two days of our stay and when we asked one when we saw her in the hall she said it wasn't her floor but she would have someone take care of it. No one took care of our room that day until we returned at 5:30 pm and called the front desk because our room still had not been cleaned and we were running out of towels and supplies. Once this issue was resolved things were fine for the rest of the week.

Close to everything, good free dinner and breakfast.

Everything was excellent. The staff very attentive, friendly, helpful, and understanding. the food was very good or I must say just right.
