Holiday Inn Dallas Market Center

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly. The shuttle service and the drivers were amazing. That was really a great added bonus of staying there. If we’re ever in Dallas again we are definitely coming back to this hotel.

Expect a little more from a Holiday Inn. Took 5 minutes to get shower temperature regulated. Had to hold toilet handle to flush. Sheets were very rough. On the plus side the staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel in a convienient central location.

Staff super friendly, beds really comfy, rooms very clean, breakfast buffet was really good as well as bar area, no comps on breakfast like most Holinday inn motels was disappointed on that, only thing I didn't enjoy was there bathrooms are in need of a desperate remodel, but other than bathrooms I would give this Hotel a 4.5 out of 5

Clean, popular, secure; dated rooms and decor. It's not really nice enough for the Holiday Inn brand.

Old Facility, Old Chair, Old Carpet, Low Budget maintenance, Paid breakfast, just OK; Staff OK; Parking Lot very Tight; Entrance hard to get in/out; in general a Rundown Old Facility. If any chance to do again, Holiday INN Express will be better.

The hotel is a bit older. The rooms are clean but a bit dark. Beds was comfortable. This is the closest hotel from the Market Center light rail station, convenient to go downtown. Are is not great for walking though. Elevators works well, no wait time. Price of the rooms was fair.

Very easy check-in. Comfortable room, no hassles. Quick Uber ride to everywhere I needed to go.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are obviously old and need updated. Out of every hotel I've ever stayed in, these beds were the most uncomfortable. I was there for 3 nights for work and could not sleep because of the beds and the tram running frequently very close to the hotel. The air conditioner also did not work.

We arrive to the hotel and make the check in, after that we went into the elevator and the elevator stop in the middle of the first and the second floor, we got trap for more then 25 minutes, after all the manager said that they cant do much cause the hotel its oldest than him....... they did not care a thing of that situation, so we went out of the hotel and went to another hotel.

Stayed at this holiday inn for three nights. Comfortable experience for sure. Wifi was free and worked well (had a bit of trouble the last night, but mostly was great). Although it was centrally located and easy to get around, not a great place to walk to get food or do things, definitely a drive to get anywhere. Made use of the gym as well which was pretty decent for doing a bit of cardio.

My friend and I stayed here to be close to downtown, their staff went above and beyond to arrange transportation for us to our Halloween party. Super friendly!

Was given a handicapped room for some reason idk but room Smelled like a cigarette And bed was ok not great

Very clean, and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend. Definitely worth the money

Hotel was sufficient for my travels. Not too many placed to eat surrounding the area, but was a nice hotel.

Better than average Holiday Inn in a very convenient location for business. Would be appropriate for families as well. The nice Oakwood section and Downtown are very close. Close to Dallas Love Airport as well.

Overnight stay for dinner with an old friend at O'Jeda's Mexican on Maple Ave. just a few blocks from the hotel. Have stayed here before and as always, a nice relaxing rest.

Great location to be at for a graduation that we attended.

We went with friends to Dallas for the The Who Concert and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was nice clean quiet. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom a little small. And no fridge in the room.

The hotel was pretty nice. Great location in the middle to where we wanted to go. The rooms were nice too.

It was ok. Staff is nice. Room is little small and can heat next room.
