The staff was very pleasant & accommodating. Two of the three elevators were out, and we had to share it with the cleaning staff. The restaurant was convenient, but the buffet was fair in quality & taste. Overall, it was a fine for the price.
This place needs some updates. The walls and doors need more soundproofing and the elevators need repair. Only one of three elevators was functional, and it felt and sounded awfully rickety as it went up and down.
Nice and friendly employees. I was comfortable during my stay. Just wish you served diner. It’s a pain to need to run out or odor food at the end of the day
The ac did not cool the room. The cocktail lounge has been closed.
This hotel is very rundown and in need of major renovations. I wasn’t given a breakdown of charges or asked to sign anything upon check in and had to ask. Bathroom door was ajar and wouldn’t close all the way, neither would the closet.

Property smelled of sewage, roaches in bathroom, ac didn’t cool room well, ice machine on floor didn’t work and WiFi was spotty.
Great location as it was easy to get to DART for transportation....
What made me a little sad was an area or so seem to need a little updating. Pandemic being what it is I am grateful to steps taken for least amount of interference. Even wearing a mask can be tiresome. My Thanks and grateful ness to this.
The hotel is very outdated. My room smelled and the air conditioning did not work. There were ants in my room as well.
The lady at the front desk was friendly and engaging, very fun to chat with!
