Just said above. Second floor close to the street and very noisy. Not good for sleeping.
Felt safe and secure. Fantastic breakfast!! Will stay there again. Highly recommend. Convenient and close to American Airlines Center.
Very friendly desk staff! Enjoyable, clean and lovely lobby! Good location as we walked to dinner, aquarium and half marathon start line
The hotel is at the downtown and it was very convenient. We went to Dallas Zoo and it was not very far from the hotel. The Dallas aquarium was right across the hotel. The people were really nice and the only problem I had was with the Wi-fi.
The hotel was great. It is in a wonderful location close to everything I needed. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable.
All the people working the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful.
We experienced full satisfaction during our stay at Springhill suites Dallas. The location is in the heart of Dallas and near Dallas love field airport and downtown Dallas. We enjoyed their free breakfast buffet. For travelers like us, we highly reccomend Springhill suites Marriott located at Lamar st Dallas Texas. Thank you!
We needed a place downtown for a concert we were seeing at The House of Blues. We happened upon the Springhill Suites on Google Maps search and decided to give it a shot since it was only two blocks from the venue. Great decision. Really nice hotel with spacious rooms, excellent service, and all at a good price. It was perfectly located with tons of nearby entertainment within very minimal walking distance. Would definitely recommend it and will do it again if I get a chance.
The room was spacious and provided plenty of comfort and relaxation. We stayed only a few days, but were very welcomed by the friendly staff.
This is the best place to stay that is within walking distance to the Dallas Aquarium (right across the street) and to the restaurants and museums in the Dallas West End area. It was a spacious room that had everything we needed to make a comfortable, relaxing stay. The West End is a family-friendly area. When we ate out or walked around, everyone had a stroller.
LOCATION WAS GREAT BUT THE HOTEL WAS AVERAGE AT BEST....THE VALET GUYS WERE VERY HELPFUL
The staff at a hotel is the first and last impression you have of your stay. This hotel has a super staff, accentuated by a wonderful shuttle commander who makes you feel that you really do matter! It is sometimes those simple things that make you feel welcome. The suite was very large, and had great comfortable beds. The kitchen area was perfect for a short stay with plenty of eating space. The breakfast buffet is always a plus for the on-the-go traveler, too. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels....and plenty of LCD TV's to get your morning fix. The area is also a hotbed of activity for Dallas culture and food. We will be back!
Room was big, had great view of downtown, parking across the street is $8 for a day compared to the 22 for valet.
Room was big, view was great, minor stains no big deal.
Room size excellent. Very small pool. Good location. Walk to Daley Center- very moving.
Not my first choice but for the money in downtown Dallas, I never gave it a second thought. Clean, just not the 4 or 5 star I prefer.
Hotel was good, not great. Noise from outside was a problem. Trash truck at 6am.
Great Location. Walking distance to restaurants, attractions and the convention center. Arrived just in time for Happy Hour, hor dourves, wine and beer. The server offered us suggestions for restaurants in the area and we found a great one only two blocks away. We had a complete breakfast with lots of choices. Parking was convenient and self parking was not very expensive. The service was friendly and helpful. Our stay was brief but we would certainly stay here again when we are in Dallas.
I took a room at this hotel for my friend and I the night of the Clapton/Winwood concert in Dallas. We work in downtown Dallas and did not want to face the parking lot departure or driving home late at night. The room was clean and adequate for that purpose. The breakfast buffet was quite large with many choices. The hot items were hot and tasty. The only real problem was that the bed closest to the AC had several dead gnats on it, presumably from the AC.
This hotel is close to popular night spot. If you get a room here go high or you will be distrubed by all of the street noise. Had to change rooms for the second night as we got no sleep the fisrt night. 2nd floor room was on main street side and traffic light was there so we got a lot of noise. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good.
