Overall it was nice. They're limited restaurant options at the hotel for those who don't have a car. The food was okay but pricing in my opinion.

The first room we were given had a lot of airplane and highway noise and the top of the mattress has no zipper holding it on. The second room was quiet, but was missing a refrigerator, but we kept it in order to avoid switching rooms again.

It was my first time flying and also traveling to Texas. Linda Green along with the other staff was very friendly. We were greeted, welcomed and treated with respect. Our room was nice and comfortable. The beds were to die for and the food in the restaurant was great. Thank you guys so much for welcoming us. Thank you! God Bless!

Hotel rooms : carpet bath needs upgrade. But overall decent. Bathrooms very small dresser doors wouldn't stay closed. Kept rolling open. Tv didn't work great.

We stayed for 3 nights and we satisfied about the room. My daughter was peeped at one of the bed and they changed the bedskirt and blanket

Everything was great my expectations were exceeded

Since the beginning only an "OK" experience and not at the level of the price paid ($350/night). It took 2 hrs to find our reservation and the staff was slow and unresponsive. Not going back.

Great hotel, close to the airport, free shuttle service to and from airport

Great experience, that's all I wanted to say but their review software is making me wright more

Love visit to AT&T Stadium worth the trip, my only complaint was the construction on highway.

Nice and clean hotel. There is a Dennys and a convenient stores across the street. The only issue is self parking is horrible at night.

Very comfortable bed Good breakfast - suggest including breakfast with your reservation Aged furniture in the room A bit noisy with poor sound insulation in and out

Hotel beautiful, comfortable, convenient, affordable would recommend to anyone. Only complaint is the inconvenience of not have a microwave in the room.

Nice hotel with a nice gym. The only downside was the pool is outside and there isn't a hot tub.

The room was comfortable and clean. The fitness center was on the top floor which was different but a good location because you don't have to be around other people after you are all sweaty. There are two flights of stairs from the 15th floor to the gym area and that was a bummer. Overall great stay.

The staff are very kind and the surfaces were very good, I like it and if I have another chance I will do it again.

Nothing really bad happened on this trip... All in all it was a great hotel and the service was great.

Excellent service from hotel staff. Room was a bit cramped for a family of four. The pool on top of the roof was fun for the kids.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very nice! The hotel was also not far from the airport and other shopping areas.

This is a great hotel, beautiful décor, comfortable rooms with great amenities. The hotel restaurant provided an excellent meal with superior service. It's proximity to DFW with complimentary shuttle service makes it an ideal stay.
