I booked this hotel as I was coming in for an interview with a nearby company. I was stranded at the airport for over 2 hours awaiting to be picked up by the airport shuttle. I called the hotel numerous times with no answer. I had to take a very expensive Uber to the hotel. The staff was not helpful or empathetic upon arriving. I was told there would be no reimbursement either. I had no hot water in my room, my iron was broken, my ironing board did not have a cover, the phone in my room did not work. When I addressed these issue with the front desk attendant, they didn’t seem to want to help. They appeared very bothered and remained on FaceTime on their cell phone. This was a very unpleasant experience and the cost of the room was severely overpriced.

We made reservation ahead of time for new clients, they did not get rooms until pass 7pm they waited for 3 hours on the lobby, they ask the front desk to clean the rooms, they were reserve for 3 days, they never did, we had clients stay they before and where happy, this time they where disappointed and so are we.

This was the worst hotel experience I think we've ever had. Failed to meet minimal expectations: not enough pillows for my family, not enough towels, no blankets or bedspreads for the beds - asked at the desk and was told "sorry, we're out" on the pillows, towels and bedcoverings... bathroom had large broken tiles on the floor - right where you exit the tub, creating a dangerous wobble with jagged edges. Room was dark and dank, entire property smells of chlorine from the indoor pool. Our family expected much better for the price...

The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. There was some type of blood or something on my curtain and also on the floor mat in the tub.

It was just a very basic hotel - no complaints and no compliments.

The kids were impressed. It was our first time staying and we like our experience.

The property was close to the airport and several eating options. My room was clean and smelled like disinfectant which eased worry some.

I like the security and the proximity to other things like malls and restaurants. Also, the fact that everyone took wearing masks seriously during this time of a global pandemic. The only thing i did not like is no cleaning of room if you stay ovrrnighy. I think that should be changed.

We were not told there would not be any water until 8am the next morning at time of checkin. We found out by a flyer left in the room on the floor at the door. The water was not turned on until 1pm the next day. We were unable to flush the toilets or take showers. A real inconvenience. We were compensated but the inconvenience was a drag!!

Close to thr airport with shuttle. Smelled unpleasant. Very disruptuve peoole in room on my floor. Coos came manager would not let them 86 the aholes. Coos left. Yelling started again. Staff not very pleasant.

I only stayed for one night. Good location, nice hotel (walls a little thin) but the staff made it excellent! So friendly and they all went out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome in their city! Thank you!

I ve stayed there 2x now, love that there's a shuttle to n from airport, check in n out is easy, clean.. breakfast is great , indoor pool. fitness center..location is great can walk to 6 resturants, movie theater, wal mart ill come back whenever im headed to Texas again..

All of the staff went above and beyond to really make our stay excellent. The shuttle driver spent a few extra moments making my kiddos feel comfortable and really just went above and beyond to help us with directions and any other questions we had. Awesome employee.

Location to my meeting was excellent. Great room. Clean. AC was awesome.

The hotel was nice but room 121 carpet smell like mildew a little .

Hello Nelson, thank you for staying with us. I do apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused. I did research Mr. Romero's reservation and he checked in at 5:00 pm on the day of arrival. I will speak with the Front Desk Staff regarding the HSK request to have the rooms cleaned and make sure this does not happen again. Again, I sincerely apologize.
