Overall my husband and I had a good stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I thought it was cute that the tv was programed to welcome you and tell you bon voyage when you leave. Staff was super nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay.

Super clean rooms. Very friendly staff. We had someone next door to us that was very noisy, me and the people on the other side did not complain but did mention it at checkout and the lady at the desk was very apologetic and made a report on it.

My party arrived at the hotel after traveling from Europe and having our flight home canceled. We had been awake 20 hours, frustrated and exhausted. There were Many other people in line with us when we got to the hotel. I have never seen anyone at a hotel desk as efficient as the lady was at the desk that night. I think her name is Shenese. If I owned a business I would steal her from you because she should be manager and train others how to do that job. A welcome change after a bad day!!

The hotels whole computer system was down. several of us waited in the lobby for 2 hours before anyone could come up with a way to give us a room. Furthermore, the shuttle took an hour to pick me up from the airport. Computer systems being down is understandable but not having staff trained to handle it is not.
