The staff member who checked me out was mean and had an attitude. When I asked about the breakfast I paid through Expedia she said “it is not showing here, and that’s the problem when you guys use a 3rd party for your reservations” Like it is my fault!! That I needed to contact Expedia myself. Id you accept deals with 3rd party you have to make sure you have a good communication with them. That’s not my responsibility

The morning of the reservation, I took ill and had to go to an ER 16 hours ahead of my arrival. I immediately cancelled the pay-at-the-hotel reservation. I can understand them immediately taking the money (without even referring to the travel insurance I purchased). Insofar as the insurance, nothing but stonewalling and archaic forms. Never again. Please avoid this hotel and hotel chain

There was only 1 elevator working and the working one was so slow we had a line of people waiting to get on and off. The coffee maker in the room took almost 5 minutes to make 1 cup and there was not any in the lounge for us early risers.

Overall my husband and I had a good stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I thought it was cute that the tv was programed to welcome you and tell you bon voyage when you leave. Staff was super nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay.
