The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I was woken up multiple times early in the morning due to housekeeping noise — carts hitting the walls and loud conversations starting around 6 AM. While I appreciated the cleanliness and service, it was disappointing not to have a quiet and restful stay after paying for a comfortable night’s rest.

The staff seemed untrained and had no idea what was going on. Bar tender on her first night had to drive the shuttle and had no idea where to pick up at the airport. She confessed that she had no experience in driving a large vehicle like that. This is a huge safely issue! She was excellent but I feel that I have to report the sheer lack of training for staff and disregard for customer safety. Front desk girl did not know how to prep the dinner ordered. Pizza was obviously microwaved and was an undercooked, inedible soggy mess. This is clearly a management issue, as the staff really were trying their best under the circumstances.

Room had stains on the ceiling. Bed and pillows were horrible. The shower head was leaking and dripping in the middle of the night. Hotel staff was making a lot of noise very early in the mornings. Lobby was extremely loud and those same guests were being loud on the floors.
