Staff was very friendly. Gym was great! The only caveat is you are in an area where it is a mile walk to a 7-11. So you need a car if you want to do anything outside the hotel.

Not really worth the money

I was exhausted when I arrived. When I asked to see the menu, the staff was unconcerned and not sure if they were serving or not. The girl at the desk was sitting there eating (extremely unprofessional) but couldn't be bothered to make me a salad. The ice maker on floor 3 was broken so it involved running down to 2nd floor to get ice. Saulo got ice for me a couple of times since I have limited use of my left leg. He brought me fresh towels and was very polite. I hope he got the tip I left in the room for him.

No microwave or iron/iron board available. The steamer was dirty, realized after staining my shirt. The clothes hanging pole was too high for shorter people to reach. Lights were weirdly place and bright with no separation between areas. Shower didn't have any shelving for other shower products/needs. Toilet flushing was excessively loud. Room was stylish and contemporary though. The hotel seemed more of a stop-over for a younger crowd that partied too hard at its own bar/lobby area (i.e. the reception area looked like a makeshift DJ area).
