Pretty good option in Grapevine

Enormous hotel in Grapevine. Huge rooms with separate living area. Shuttle to and from DFW is a plus. Happy hour with light snacks and one free beverage is generous. Line for a beverage was too long and there were no soft drinks or other self serve beverage options during my 3 night stay so I never received the complementary drink. Gym was pretty good with dumbells up to 75 lbs. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay with an omelette station, scrambled eggs and all the usual things one would expect. Bed was a bit hard but comfortable enough. Things I did not like: 1) check in lady was unfriendly. Did not even offer to find my Hilton Honors number when I asked 2) TERRIBLE water pressure 3) not enough outlets to charge devices 4) no closet or armoire to hang a suit or coat.

Room had no toilet paper and no shower gel. Only had 1 quilt for the sofa bed. Terrible driver on the shuttle from the airport. I will never take a free shuttle again.

Furniture has wear and tear, some furniture need new cushion, I called dining during their hours no one answer ever, call front desk and said it will be sent to room it never did, false fire alarm at 7 am…

Room was excellent. Evening drinks & snacks were nice. Breakfast was good although no meat was included, such as bacon or sausage. Our beds were not comfortable so we did not sleep that well. Shuttle to airport and parking were both not very pluses.
