The hotel offered a shuttle to and from the airport which was convenient. I bought a bag of chips from the lobby which cost a ridiculous $5. The room was spacious and clean but a saw a large critter walk across my room and disappear into some corner. I’m from the northeast and heard these things are indigenous to Texas, so I don’t know what to think. In any event the hotel was lovely and I would stay again.

Great customer service made us feel welcome when we came in the hotel was very clean our room was very clean and beautiful loved how my name showed up on the tv made me feel like a celebrity loved it I give this hotel 1000/10 definitely would recommend this to everyone and family as well they have shuttles that will take you around grapevine area this hotel will be the hotel that my wife and I anniversary spot thank you guys

The in room climate was not appropriate. There were apparantly no reason to be a hilton honors member as i didnt get assistance in possibly checking in early. The room was not cleaned or serviced just new towels were put on top of the sink. I can go on but i wont

The lady that checked us in was very nice. The TV in our room was not working, so went down to see about another room. She said she’d have maintenance come look at it. He was waiting for me when I got back to the room. Very pleasant and got the TV fixed in just a couple of minutes. Great service. The air conditioner was non adjustable, our room was freezing no mater what we tried to set the temp at. Might have missed it when booking, but think charging 20.00 per night to park in a self parking surface lot is wrong.

Our group was the only one hosting a banquet room, and yet they were late getting us checked-in - which is already really late at 4:00 p.m. Some of us booked a room so that we could get ready at the hotel before the banquet, but some of us couldn't do that because we didn't get into the room in time (they got ready in the hotel bathroom!!!!). They knew we were there, they knew we were trying to check in, and I was watching other people go up to their room way before us. The people at the front desk were very apathetic. We had been there since noon trying to get the banquet set up and ready to go. We spent a ton of money at that hotel! They knew we were waiting for that room. I tried to check in every 2 hours starting at noon. One woman told me to check back at 2:30 that the room would most likely be ready by then. 4:00 came around I tried to check in and it was still not ready.

Nice stay at Embassy Suites Grapevine
This is a very nice Embassy Suites. The rooms were clean and up to date. Common areas were spacious. The pool area is very nice and spacious too. And the breakfast is really the shining star of the stay. The negatives are the chairs in the common areas are not very comfortable. Some differed maintenance like the cracked floor tiles in the elevators and the patio furniture outside of the pool area were dirty and needing replacement. Lastly, our king bed was very firm and uncomfortable. I thought the service desk people could be friendlier.
