The walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbors TV and hear them sneezing. I have never experienced anything like it. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ive stayed at a number of hotels in chandler this was my favorite

Check in was QUICK...everything went smoothly. I don't know if I didn't find the menu for in-room dining or if you didn't have room service. That would be my only request.

Stayed in #1226. Room was spacious enough and clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. But why they have a mini-conference room (converted guest rooms?) directly across the tight hallway from our guestrooms is beyond me. Plus, they set up the conference attendees' breakfast buffet directly in front of our room in the guestroom hall. It was quite weird. We wanted to sleep in after a long night but were awakened at about 6 a.m. to the sound of food preparation and buffet clatter through the not-at-all soundproof door into our room.

This hotel stay was a little deceiving. We also rented a car from DFW. That being said, we had to pay for parking of a rental car at this hotel. We only stayed at this hotel because our flight arrived in Dallas around 10 pm. Had we known we were going to be required to pay additional fees, we would have done things a little different - either rented the car in the AM or chose a different hotel. This hotel is a 4-star hotel. When we went to our door, the door along with the place to swipe the room key looked like a 1-star hotel. Not what I would ever expect from an Hyatt hotel. It was a little disappointing!

From shuttle driver, to arrival to departure, the staff at this hotel is one of the finest, nicest and most engaging of any hotel we've ever stayed anywhere. Truly well run!

nice hotel love 24 hour coffee bar. but no fridge to put my drinks to keep them cold.

Airport hotel but very nice. Great value for the money

This hotel is on the DFW property so it is super convenient. It still requires a bus ride from the terminal to the hotel, but only about two minutes long! Staff is pleasant and efficient and the late dining is refreshing after a late flight.

HAD more comfortable bed at super 8, looks like they tried to do trim and door updates but missed and over painted edges on trim. They place a misleading tag on the bottled water that says complimentary. They know most non rewards members wouldnt read the fine print(it costs $3). this hotel is made for flight staff, not the general public. avoid.

it was easy to get to because it was at the airport where we needed to pick someone up, they had a shuttle, and the price was good on this day

We very much enjoyed our stay. Staff in every department was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was lovely. The location is both convenient and inconvenient, depending on your needs. The location was perfect for our quick stay, with direct access and shuttle service to the airport. However, because of the airport convenience, there is nothing within walking distance. Great restaurant and coffee bar. We would definitely stay again.

I did not ask for a handicap room but we got one. So the shower was an adjustment. The fire strobe lights started flashing at 3:00 am, and no-one ever contacted us or instructed us what to do. I called the office and they played it off as nothing and told me to stay in the room. Otherwise, very nice staff and the hotel was nice.

We had to stay here due to a 14 hour layover before going home to Sacramento CA. Beds were a welcome amenity and the food at the restaurant even at 10 o'clock at night was amazing. Really appreciated the free airport shuttle at 7 a.m.

It was perfect since the situation was horrible! A nice clean comfortable hotel was much needed! Excellent staff as well!!

Easy walk from airport to the hotel! Also the hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport!

We have a sky swimming pool at our door. Unreal! Love the place.

Great hotel staff, great room. Way way over priced buffett, super snail pace waitress/waiters. Food not great on taste or variety. Would recommend the hotel to anyone, but change the service staff at the 3 dining rooms

Very difficult to get to! Wasn't worth the hassle

I stayed on March 5th, the staff they had that day and night were very, very helpful and accommodating! They did whatever they could to help you! I truly appreciated it so very much and couldn't have been happier with my stay! I really loved the gym they had there too!! It was awesome and had just about everything I needed too! I will definitely stay again!

Hi Mark! Thank you so much for your review on our hotel. We are glad you enjoyed our clean rooms and Hyatt Grand Beds. We apologize that your room location was less than desirable and hope that we can have the opportunity to make it up to you in the future!
