Very difficult to get to! Wasn't worth the hassle
I stayed on March 5th, the staff they had that day and night were very, very helpful and accommodating! They did whatever they could to help you! I truly appreciated it so very much and couldn't have been happier with my stay! I really loved the gym they had there too!! It was awesome and had just about everything I needed too! I will definitely stay again!
This would be a great hotel for a flight related stays. Otherwise, the dining and entertainment options are limited and a car is required to access off airport locations. We were at the hotel for a convention that was handled beautifully by the Hyatt. The hotel was at full capacity and you would never have known it by the ease with which they operated the lobby and services.
I stayed at Hyatt mostly for convenience; I had a 5 AM flight the next day. So overall, that worked very well for me since I could just walk (10 minutes) to Terminal C. I went to bed early on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised on how quiet the room was. However, I was disappointed that the vanity sink drained VERY slowly and just shouldn't happen at a Hyatt anywhere.
Great value! Hotel is new modern clean. Good breakfast.
Very nice hotel, very well located, modern. Excellent staff. Spacious room, nice and very confortable beds.
Air conditioning was on the fritz. It was 85 degrees in our room and they had no where to move us. Not impressed. They has service guys in our room until 2am total joke. They couldn't comp us the room because it was booked through Expedia. They ended up giving us 100.00.
Friendly and helpful staff, room was quiet despite being close to the airport.
We spent the night we got married here. There was a problem with our reservation so they chose to move us up to the VIP suite, which was great! The room was clean and well-put together.
The hotel is convenient - the room was great, quiet, with great bed and pillows. Only ran into two challenges: following signage to walk to hotel is problematic with suitcases in tow - involves going up and down several parking lot flights of stairs; and hotel did not have a record of my pre-paid Orbitz reservation. I showed the reception staff the confirming email and they used that to give me a room as reserved.
The only down fall was upon check in the computers where down. There was over 65 ppl waiting to check in with only 3 ppl managing the desk. After waiting 45 mins I got checked in however I was placed in the wrong room.
Staff was very nice. Lobby and main areas were nice and inviting. Floors where rooms are could have cleaner fresher carpeting. Neat not maticulous but overall very comfortable! Enjoyed my stay.
We had a 14 hour overnight layover and decided to stay. There are two Hyatts at DFW, this one you need to ride the shuttle to get to. Upon our arrival, a Saturday night when Wrestlemania was occurring, the check in line was very long. We had to wait 30 minutes to check in. The hotel staff was very courteous offering water while waiting in line. The room was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the bathroom door has a large glass window in it and when you're sleeping and have to use the bathroom at night, turning on the light illuminates the entire room, waking up my spouse. In the morning the shuttle runs every 20 minutes, but fills up quickly if you're not early. Next time, if there is one, we would stay at the other Hyatt which appears to be connect directly to the airport.
I thought I was booking a hotel connected to the airport. Turns out that is the Grand Hyatt, not the Hyatt Regency. To get to and from this hotel you have to wait for a shuttle just like the less expensive off-airport hotels. Seems to be up to Hyatt standards but I was only there a few hours so I didn't use any of the hotel amenities.
was everything a business person needs.. highly recommend for anyone who needs to stay near airport!
Great hotel room was great and location was prefect
Perfect place to stay when flying out of DFW airport.
This place is what all other hotels should strive to be like. Outstanding and friendly staff. Perfect bed, shower and room.
Hotel was great after arriving on late night flight. Wasn't too hard to find. You can take the shuttle or it's a short walk from Terminal C
Clean, fresh, great place to stay. Convenient location to airport. Perfect layover hotel
