All was wonderful. Excellent staff. View everywhere was awesome

Our room service dinner was not very enjoyable . We ordered a $38 steak that was terrible and over done. The chicken tenders were over cooked and slightly burnt. I felt that for the price, our dinner should have been excellent. Everything else during our stay was amazing and far exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful resort with nice pool, slides, and beach area. I would have given it an excellent rating, but it just took too long to receive food and drinks poolside. I don't blame the waiters, they were very nice, but clearly understaffed.

The scenery was beautiful. The issue I had is the hotel advertises heated pool and lazy river and it was not heated. The Golden Nugget does a better job of heating the pool and lazy river. Other issue we went to the hot tub one night at 8pm and it was not hot. We called the front desk and complained. In addition we told 3 employees about it t and they did nothing. Overall disappointed for the price paid.

NICE FACILITY-STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY-CONVENIENT LOCATION

Love this resort, you never have to leave everything you need is there!!! Must visit!!!

Nice facility, crawling with loud children at every hour of the day. Checked in, went to drink water bottle, it was half empty already. Decided to lay down for a second, there was black mascara looking stuff all over my sheets. Sat down on toilet only to find I needed get up for more TP. Buffet line on Saturday at 9:40 AM had a 30-45 minute wait. Server acted like we should be honored to wait. Complained about room conditions and was offered a bottle of water. This is no La Cantera...

We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort we found in our room. The only thing we did not enjoy was how crowded it was as we were exiting. Thank you for informing us of all the activities that were going on this weekend.

We loved our stay at the JW Marriott Hill Country resort. We found a great offer on Orbitz that included breakfast (this proved to be a great value.) Lots of nice touches including family friendly activities, water slides and pools for all ages. One highlight was the stargazing activity featuring on-site astronomers with high powered telescopes - we got to see Saturn! Hotel staff, greeted us by name - top notch experience all around. On our second day at the resort, the hotel was reportedly at capacity but it still didn’t seem over crowded. We’d definitely do it again.

Absolutely beautiful resort with so much to do! Fun for adults and kids alike. Can't wait to go back!
