The staff was very helpful. My work sent me to Texas unexpectedly and I was nervous about finding suitable accommodations. The staff was friendly, the hotel was very nice. My only concern was the "giftshop" did not have toothbrush and other supplies.
Hotel loss power and had no water for two days of our stay. No back up generator. We had to leave and go to friends house because it was too cold to stay in hotel.

Location is perfect rate was reasonable I would like to stay at this location when I visit Houston next time. Another freebie was there free parking. Usually in big cities you have to pay half the amount for parking

Trash in the room, bottle caps on the floor. Pillows are flat and horrible. Almost like sleeping with nothing. Other than that it was fine. Only there to sleep

I am so sorry that you're stay was not what you expected. Unfortunately, Houston was experiencing a once in a lifetime weather event which proved to be difficult to navigate. We do have a generator, but unfortunately, it does not provide power to the entire hotel. Again, I apologize that your stay was not an enjoyable one. I hope you'll give us another chance next time you're in the area.
