I’m retired and used to stay at Hilton Garden Inns all the time. However, I hadn’t stayed in one for quite a while. I was surprised to find you no longer provide complimentary breakfast. Looks like I’ll go back to Hampton Inn and Suites.

Very nice and clean hotel.

By far the biggest issue is that you have absolutely NO cell service while you are in your room. You cannot make or receive calls. You can access the hotel’s WiFi, but I make it a habit not to use public WiFi. I asked the manager about this and she said that it is a known issue that the entire hotel has. In this day and age not being able to have access to your cell phone is more than just an inconvenience.

The hotel was decent. The lobby was nice. Rooms are spacious. Microwave was not working. Laundry room could use an upgrade. When I checked in, the front desk clerk was on a personal call and acted as if my need to check in was a distraction. I disliked that the shower had no soap dish or holder. The pool was open. Overall, we had a quiet stay. No drama.

Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. Please accept my sincere apology, We are currently working with T-Mobile to get a new Antenna, I can understand your frustration . We pride ourselves in giving the best guest possible experience and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance.
