Quiet, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Good exercise room. Great food at good prices.

the staff was very accommodating and helpful. the breakfast buffet is excellent. my only negative comment is that you can hear noise from the hall too much.

Very rude staff; kept us waiting for over 15 minutes at checkin. reception was unmanned for about 10 min as we walked in. Then a staff member comes up and starts working at their computer without even acknowledging our presence. Then she leaves again for another 5 min until a second person showed up and eventually checked us in Elevator does not function. We found out after getting in. When reported to staff on duty they said they are aware and it won't get fixed. Told us to use stairs claiming "how fortunate you are young so use stairs"!!

This hotel isn't anything special. We stayed here for an anniversary, and was not impressed. Our King room was pretty small, and our bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was great, but I hated brig charged so much for breakfast when I can stay somewhere like Best Western and get a better breakfast for free. Will not be going back or recommending.

I loved the hotel Nothing was wrong with it and everything was great

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Would stay here again

Great hotel, room was as expected and the breakfeast was great

We had a nice time. Very clean and great location.

Very good location. Near HEB and first colony. The stuff are kind and helpful. Nice place to stay

Nice hotel but would liked to have been forewarned about the renovations in the room next to me. Didn't appreciate front desk not responding to my complaint. I was told I would receive a call back but never did. Besides that nice hotel and great location....Easy interstate access.

wonderful, no problems, I would recommend to family and friends, great places to eat

This is a clean, comfortable place to stay in Sugarland, Tx. Walking distance from a restaurant strip, including a unique Bombay Pizza Place -- if you're into spicy Indian food. Across the road from a HEB grocery. Near the Museum of Natural Science and other interesting places. Friendly staff, free wi-fi and printing (for tickets etc). Overall good value for money.

This is a great place to stay in Sugarland, TX. Not far from the Museum of Natural Science and other such interesting places. Very ethnically diverse, walking distance from a couple nice restaurants including a unique Indian Cafe called Bombay Pizza, and a HEB grocery store across the street. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Free wi-fi, parking and printing (in their 24hr business center). Need I say more...

Friendly staff, very nicely-appointed rooms and located in a pleasant area. Ate at the restaurant on the ground floor for one dinner and one breakfast - both times the food was good. Overall nothing amazing, but clean, comfortable and we'd definitely come back.

This was our second stay. Our first was better, the staff paid more attention to details. One thing I wish the hotel would do, since the beds are adjustable, would be to have the the staff re-adjust the setting after the previous guest. It was half way through the night (and we weren't sleeping well) before we realized the bed is adjustable and we were rolling to the middle. Not a good nights sleep. Nice facility, great location and good value.
