The walls are like sheets of paper. I could her the people above me running around and jumping. I could hear every conversation next to me or in the hall. There was a loud truck right in front of my window that cranked it exery 2 hrs revving the engine making it hard to sleep. The location was nice.

It’s a much older property. Our room was very strange & noticeably “not level”. Even inquired two separate times whether We were 💯 safe! Otherwise, ok

Great location, free parking, friendly and welcoming staff members, good size rooms and comfortable beds.

Good until checking bills, hotel added on $20/day fee. Orbitz should inform the add-on fee.

I had to change rooms due to mustiness smell. The second room was musty as well but I lived with it. Otherwise they were clean and staff very friendly.

We had a good trip to finish Christmas shopping at First Colony Mall and Town Center. The area is near many shopping places with pubs and sports bars near for the guys while women shop. Much better than going into Houston and fighting the traffic. Sugarland is clean and safe area that is only 20 min drive away.

The room was spacious and within our budget, beds very comfortable, staff welcoming and extremely helpful. Was a little disappointed with no fridge or microwave ( this was in the amenities list ) since we had a child with us. Also being late risers we missed the breakfast and when searching for coffee in the lobby were told there was none due to the Starbucks located in house ( YAY! ) BUT there was no one working it.. So no coffee. Overall I would stay again but only if my budget was that tight. Sufficient but not awesome.

Great hotel, only 15 min from the galleria and downtown. Very inexpensive compared to surrounding hotels. Very clean and had great service.

Attended a trade show.

Good overall. The breakfast is kind of pricy for a family of four, but there are plenty of restaurants within a short drive.

Overall the hotel was nice and the service was good. However if you are looking to stay in Sugar Land and close to the shopping this is not the best location. Also the pool was very small.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel for 3 nights.
