I only like the front receptionist.... she was very nice and polite.... but my room was horrible... there was a blood stain on the bed cover

Clean and well taken care of. Room was quiet even tho highway was nearby. Side door was open when I arrived, worried about security.
Donna was very nice at the front desk. Room could have been cleaner . Bed and bath nice

This hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed at!!! My stay was suppose to b3 3/20-3/22/2020 with my children. The first room we were given was not cleaned and preoccupied. The second room was infested with roaches in the microwave behind the microwave, fridge, behind the dresser, and on the desk. The room was smelly and the carpet was direct the room was not cleaned properly with trash under the beds and everything. The infestation was so bad we literally left the hotel at 12:16 am in our pajamas. The next morning we didn’t receive a call or anything so I returned to the hotel and spoke with the front desk staff and the GM via phone they were both aware of the infestation and failed to let guest know the conditions. Reading over the other reviews this is a ongoing undressed issue that this hotel needs to address immediately and not once a month as I was advised that they do. This run down trashy roach infested motel needs to be shut down as a public health and safety concern. No family should have to stay in such deplorable conditions the senior level management should be released from there duties. Don’t let the low rate fool you it’s low for a reason and the run down conditions along with the infestation of roaches is the other.
I wish i had gotten the young ladies name that worked the 3-11 shift she was so sweet & personable. I really enjoyed her company but most of all her beautiful smile. She really made my stay great.
I love that the beds are comfortable & the room including the bathroom very clean & smelled fresh.
,2nd time staying there the first time impressed me & this time didnt let me down. Great people welcoming you & the room was very clean & the a/c worked great. Bathrooms awesome. Thank you so much for the great stay.
