This hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed at!!! My stay was suppose to b3 3/20-3/22/2020 with my children. The first room we were given was not cleaned and preoccupied. The second room was infested with roaches in the microwave behind the microwave, fridge, behind the dresser, and on the desk. The room was smelly and the carpet was direct the room was not cleaned properly with trash under the beds and everything. The infestation was so bad we literally left the hotel at 12:16 am in our pajamas. The next morning we didn’t receive a call or anything so I returned to the hotel and spoke with the front desk staff and the GM via phone they were both aware of the infestation and failed to let guest know the conditions. Reading over the other reviews this is a ongoing undressed issue that this hotel needs to address immediately and not once a month as I was advised that they do. This run down trashy roach infested motel needs to be shut down as a public health and safety concern. No family should have to stay in such deplorable conditions the senior level management should be released from there duties. Don’t let the low rate fool you it’s low for a reason and the run down conditions along with the infestation of roaches is the other.

I wish i had gotten the young ladies name that worked the 3-11 shift she was so sweet & personable. I really enjoyed her company but most of all her beautiful smile. She really made my stay great.

Just in one line ‘ it was not La Quinta standard’.

Overall,I guess the hotel is comfortable for the price. Additionally, I would recommend it to friends if the cleaning team would pay more attention to details on cleaning the rooms. For instance, I had to use gloves to clean the entire bathroom, light switches, door handles, etcs, just filthy. The commode had crap on outer commode from last guests. UNACCEPTABLE! CLEAN OR RETRAIN HOUSEKEEPING STAFF! STAFF IS EXCELLENT! AWESOME LOCATION TO EATING ESTABLISHMENTS! !

I stayed a full week and it was about as expected for the area and price. The wi-fi is billed as very fast, but my experience was that it was slow and would intermittently drop. The room was clean and the daily cleanup from the staff was always excellent. It is showing its age and access from southbound is a bit annoying. Decent selection of restaurants nearby and within walking distance, though many are on other side of the highway.

Clean and comfortable room with plenty of towels. Included breakfast was basic but satisfying. Clean towels and room had a nice smell.

The room smelled really bad and the bathroom sink was not cleaned

The hotel had a weird smell too it, no hospitality from the staff whatsoever everyone felt uncaring about the needs of the customer. The room was okay but the smell it harbored was terrible. The room smelled like an unfinished crime scene. My overall experience reminds me of the time I slept at motel 6.

Ms. Tracy, Thanks for speaking with me this morning. Again, I am very sorry for the issue that you had with roaches in your room. We take this type of incident very seriously. We have the hotel treated by a pest control company every month. Whenever we have a report of any activity we have them back out within 24 hours to treat that area.
