Staff was so kind. Room was comfortable. My wife wanted to sleep in on Mother's Day so I went to the Lobby and made her a breakfast with a tray and served her breakfast in bed. Was awesome. The kids loved the indoor pool.
The hotel was very nice, the only minus would be that it was currently under renovation, which is understandable. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful but could have a better variety ....

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. This was my 2nd time in Houston and I chose to return to the Hampton Inn as the first time was so enjoyable. This time the towels weren't quite as soft and they missed cleaning the bathtub but overall it was nice.
