Overall the hotel has a lot of potential. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was a nice assortment of options. The self serve coffee bar was awesome. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues. I was locked out of my room and had to come down about 5 times before someone realized the lock needed new batteries. Because of this, the maid couldn't get into our room to clean (after she missed cleaning our room the day before also). The maids should be informed of the signs that the lock battery needs to be changed to prevent this issue. Also, a big group of cheerleading families let their children run wild in the hotel, to the point that certain areas were locked up because they were destroying things. This prevented us from getting into the gym and other areas. It was frustrating to lose out on using parts of the hotel because of bad characters.
