Everything was great other than the fact the AC didn’t work in our room and when I tried to call the front desk to let them know no one ever answered on more than one occasion.

Check in was a breeze a young lady named Nora was was very accommodating and made check in very easy. The room appeared clean, all the furniture and finishes throughout appeared brand new and modern. Unfortunately the following morning I was startled by two guests walking into my room as I was exiting the shower. I was extremely frightened and very embarrassed that this happened as were the other guests. I immediately called the front desk I was left on hold for 10 minutes by a young man and was given an unsatisfactory explanation of how this occurred. My fiancé and I later had to exchange our cards for new ones again which was an inconvenience. Frankly, had I not been with my fiancé I would’ve checked out immediately after the incident due to safety/ health concerns. However, we did decide to stay but I was nervous for our belongings and was left quite paranoid for the remainder of our stay. I really wanted to give this hotel a great review but after the incident I cannot, I hope this was an isolated situation given concerns for COVID .

We had really good customer service. Breakfast options were great! Nice hotel, beautiful inside and out! Mary and Bruce at check in were fantastic and Jeff, the manager, made things right when there was a mess-up with our reservation.

Only 3 months old so everything was new. Would highly recommend

Hello, I am so very sorry to hear about this experience. This is not the type of experience that we want our guest to have. Yes, this is something that typically does not happen, and I feel terrible that it did. We have addressed the situation to identify the nature of the circumstances to ensure that systems are in place to prevent this from happening again in the future.
