Ants all over room, no amenities on tv work, shower head broken, phone didn’t work, no directions for using tv google cast which requires changing the hdmi input. Says there was on demand movies couldn’t find them as per the tv directions, called front desk and they didn’t know. roof a/c unit very loud, sounded like a helicopter was on the rooftop, I was on top floor Pamphlet for phone dialing had food and pen scribbles all over it. Put out do not disturb sign and it was removed and the room was entered—the bed was made, however condiments were not replenished. Was not an ideal stay for the property reputation.

The room was very nice however the first night we stayed the people above us were extremely loud and it sounded like they were jumping on the floor (the wall fixtures were shaking). The sink was also leaking requiring maintenance. We also had to ask for extra toilet paper as we were only given one roll? The refrigerator constantly rattled every time the compressor would kick on! Definitely some things that could be fixed to make the stay more enjoyable. The gym was nice and the staff was very helpful.
