Good property. Breakfast needs some changes. Closing the breakfast at 9am is not very convenient for those that,are on vacation.

Poor Customer service , they not in front desk and the bad attitude

It took 20 minutes to check in even though it was 1:00 a.m. I booked two rooms and the first day neither room was cleaned while we were out.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The room has a big couch and foot stool. Nice big TV, Functional bathroom.

The Hilton gives you breakfast, however during the week days it ends at 9. I would like to see it go at least until 9:30, as I never made it down until 9:15.....too bad for me. Weekend until 10, and that was fine. The rooms didn’t provide body lotion, which even smaller chains provide, so I had to go buy some. The beds were a bit lumpy, but the pillows were great! I had to let the front desk know that some room near me had a little yapping dog (that barked from 6 am to 7 am). The second time it happened and I called downstairs, I was told they were too busy to send someone up to see what room it was coming from and that it would be quite a long time before they could do so. Not too accommodating for a guest who doesn’t wake up that early!

We had a good experience at this hotel. The only complaints would be that you can hear people walking above you and the breakfast was a huge disappointment. I overheard a young girl say that the waffles were like crackers (because they were soo hard and dry).

This was absolutely the most refreshing visit to a hotel I have had in along time. From the moment you enter the door the staff is friendly and helpful. That is nice, but, unless the hotel was just as friendly and helpful I would not have given it such a high rating. Except, it is. The rooms are pleasant, spacious, and clean. Everything works, adequate electrical out lets, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. I slept almost as well there as I do at home. Only problem with sleeping was that my wife, and my two dogs, weren't there. My advice is that unless you area grumpy old person 24/7, you will have a great visit.

Everything great except AC was in seating area on opposite sides of the room from the bed. Got warm during the night. Only complaint!

This was a great location, the views and restaurants. Just a great get away to relax.

We stayed for two nights looking for a new home in Houston.Although the hotel is set a bit back of the main road it was really nice.Staff were excellent.Room on 4th floor was excellent.Wife could not believe price.Only draw back we took our 2 year old boy lol.Everything

We had good experience, my kids loved it, we went shopping and eat out. overall experience is great!

We took 4 girls to spend the night for my daughter's birthday. The room was huge. We had a great time.

This hotel is energy efficient. If you need to charge your smart phone it will take forever. The room is nice and clean. It's a self service, so I find the price a bit high for the hotel. I put things in the fridge which spoiled because the fridge was not on. Once I called the response time was excellent. They sent maintenence right away. It's okay, but not the experience I expected from staying in other Hyatt's abroad. The staff depends on the person. Some really nice, some not rude,but not helpful.

Nice comfortable rooms! Quiet! Wish they had an indoor pool :) front desk always very helpful. Breakfast wonderful...China plates, hot food and real juice. First time ever that housekeeping was iffy....wet, used washcloth left on floor of shower first day and Kleenex and an almost empty tp roll not changed the second day.

Lovely hotel and staff is very attentive. Excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a peaceful park just outside the door.

It would have been better with a hot tub. There was a flood of families with small children, so family friendly for sure.

The hotel is a nice business friendly place with a good breakfast bar that included in the stay. The wifi always works and the beds are always comfortable. I wish there were Hyatt's everywhere I travel.

great staff - great location - go!

Only problem with sleeping was that my wife, and my two dogs, weren't there. My advice is that unless you area grumpy old person 24/7, you will have a great visit.
