Easy access for late night flights
Friendly staffs but need some major updates on room conditions and cleanliness. My room was not that cleaned. Had other previous customers notes and trash were still in the room on the table and corners on the floor. It was very dusty.
This property is beautiful. We had supper at the restaurant in the hotel and it was fabulous as well as our waiter. We were able to walk to our terminal from the hotel which was so convenient. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was very nice. Highly recommend 👌

Best hotel because it's literally in the airport. No need to leave. If you have a connecting flight it's great to stay right there and get up, take the tram to your wing and go. Very clean, staff is nice, restaurant bar great
I did not like that they charged me twice for my stay. I paid through ORBITZ and they charged me a second time. Upon checking my charge card I noticed the double charge. When I I formed them at the front desk of the double charge they said I was mistaken. Now I have to fight to correct the double bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very easy option as we arrived late on an intl flight and then were flying out again the next morning. Spending a bit extra and not having to worry about a taxi or shuttle seemed worth it. The room was clean and well kept and the beds were very comfortable. I was shocked that they made you pay for wifi in the room. As a intl traveler, I needed it for checking things. I ended up going to the lobby to use the free wifi there, but it's ridiculous to stay at a hotel that considers itself top-tier and then be charged for room wifi. Even if I wasn't bothered by the $15 cost, I think it's crazy you even need to jump through the hoop of dealing with paying for wifi in your room in this context.
Terrible, overpriced hotel. WiFi isn’t free—it costs an extra $15. Simple breakfasts costs $30. Front desk folks were good, but security (Mario) was incredibly rude—was yelled at for falling asleep on the couch in the lobby after 20 hours of travel. If you can get away from the airport (I couldn’t) go anywhere but here.
Within an indoor walk or subway ride from baggage claim to hotel. Love that convenience.

This was well organized and lovely hotel. From check in to checkout to the subway to airport. Well worth the price and convenience. Will use this more often
