Restrooms are a big deal for me. The shower was horrible! It was open so if your spouse/ roommate has to brush or use the restroom anytime during or up to an hour after your shower the entire floor will be soaked! It’s a no for any future stay for me!

Used condoms and bag filled with urine in dog walking area. Vomit in the elevator when leaving to checkout. Never going back

Every time Ive stayed at this property it has been an excellent experience. Except this time. The room was terrible. There was hair in the tub when I checked in and the door to the balcony didn't close all the way forcing it to stay cracked the entire time.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the size of our room was awesome.

We stay on 20th floor. The stink of carpet can be smelt from the whole hallway. The sink in bathroom is crack. The parking space is small with a high fee per day. We felt bad paying too much for this below 3 stars hotel. Never Double Tree again :((

3 hour wait for room service , they explained that the are very busy, never received our goody basket that was promised.

Some of the furniture was a bit beat up and outdated.

Shuttle service for 3 mile radius nice. Did not like remote location from downtown, museum district and airport with difficult use of public transportation and no guidance from staff about buses or provision of maps.

There wasn’t much to like. Parking was costly and a rat maze. No free coffee in lobby. No free WiFi. Housekeeping didn’t empty garbage.

Friendly and beautiful vibes all around houston great city

We enjoyed the room, the bar area, and the service, but we didn't appreciate the fact that we had to pay $54.00 for parking.
