The room was fine. The staff didn't clean the room but once in four days. When they did, they didn't check to see if there was soap or Kleenex. I had to go to the desk and ask housekeeping to send it up. Coffee only showed up when I went downstairs and asked for it. Terrible!

Our room was large and clean. The computers were down when we arrived so it took a while to get checked in since the line was so long and once we were in our room another guest walked in and stated they’d checked in with their phone to the Same room as us. All was good. Breakfast had a large selection and the bar area looked nice. The location was ideal for downtown and convenient

I paid almost 400.00 just to be placed in a room where you can hear the water pipes, we couldn’t sleep at all, we are too tired to complain. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel ever.

We were given the wrong room the day we arrive. The front desk who made the mistake never apologies and it had to be brought to higher management to fix the issues the next day. The parking was not clearly specifically enough explain and had to pay 100 in parking somewhere else.
