I don’t want to deal with the time it takes to go to another location or th liability forms at Trufit. I’ve previously been a pretty loyal Aloft customer due to a minimum expectation of standards. That’s why chains exist, after all. This stay has been enough to destroy that expectation.

Great place! Great location! And the fact that they take care of pets so well for free was what put this over the top. I’ll forego a hot Buffett of breakfast for free pet stays any day. But here is the but….I wish they would at least run a swiffer on the floors between stays. I spilled some water, wiped it up and it was gross. Also I wish the pet potting area was bigger. It gets a little complicated when multiple guests are trying to let their dogs potty at the same time. The dogs wanna pay attention to each other since it’s really only about a 12x12 space.
