Weve stayed here plenty of times before, but it was around 40 degrees that night with temp getting into 20's early that morning, and heater did not work in our room, we tried messing with it, we had driven in 11 hrs, so we were all tired, but cluldnt sleep all night from it being so cold. We got up that next morning and it was 52 defrees in our room, not very comfortable sleeping temperature

Room 358 is not a cheap room. while we were there the heater in the room is loud enough to wake you while your sleeping. the blower wheel sounds like it is coming off. the water knobs in the shower are horrible and do not work right. the knobs in the hot tube area are the same. the ice maker in the room does not work correctly. also the door keys sometimes work and sometimes dont. needs some work

The room was hot. The entire building felt uncomfortably warm. When we tried to change the thermostat, we couldn’t feel any difference in the air flow. It felt like the thermostat was set too high and couldn’t be adjusted. We have noted this same issue with previous visits, that we couldn’t adjust the thermostat to a comfortable setting

Room clean, check in was very pleasant and friendly. This was Texas Tech graduation weekend, busy, but so friendly even though busy. Enjoyed the music Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast was great! Made to order is awesome.
