The room was not cleaned well. Found broken finger nails in the room. The towels were not up to par. They had black long hair on them. There was black long hair on the floor. Shower was not very clean. The air didn’t cool that well. Red chair in the room was very dirty. You can hear every noise. Overall not what I expected for the area.

The room was very spacious and generally in a good condition. But there were two issues: one was that the ventilation outlet in the bathroom was always on making noises and we couldn't find the switch to turn it off; the other was the window curtain was broken and it couldn't darken the room.

Came in around eight at night and there were no luggage carts available as they had been put away. We are an older couple and had been driving all day. We were tired and it would have been really helpful to be able to use a cart. Instead we had to carry everything up to our room. The shower was a nice walk-in however tracks of the glass doors had dirt in and the shower looked like it had either pink mold or rust. Didn’t get close enough to find out. Other than these two items the place was nice and breakfast was tasty. Loved the fire ring outside. Staff were nice.
