The ceiling texture in the room was falling off in several places. Shower head would only work in the hard, massage setting, and barely even then. When we first entered our room there's was dried remnants of something that had spoiled on the dresser (making us wonder if the "increased cleanliness" measures were being done at all
Convenient location Friendly staff Great hot breakfast
Yes we have stayed here before. Very convenient and pricing isnt bad
Great hotel in Lubbock and they also have great bfast
The good part-great staff-everywhere. The bad part-rooms extremely small, two adults and a child, little room to move around No shampoo, 1 little miniature bar of soap Went down to breakfast at 6:50 AM, scrambled eggs were cold, sausage was uneatable, the carton of milk I got was sour, and there was no coffee. We checked out and grabbed breakfast at Whataburger. This was an emergency trip to Lubbock for a 1 night stay. I picked the Fairfield because it was a Marriott hotel, mid to upper priced, and the reviews seemed OK. We thought for $160 total(approx) we could get a fairly nice place to stay and something decent in the morning for breakfast. First and last stay at a Fairfield!
I booked this hotel for the first time and I'm so glad I did. I needed to assist my son for his move in to Texas Tech and this hotel had everything we needed and beyond. Excellent location, walked to Cheddar's for dinner the first night. I recommend it. I will go back there anytime I go back to Lubbock.
Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Only disappointment was not all rooms have refrigerators. Convenient location, as it's very close to restaurants and shopping.
Due to an emergency we were ubable to stay the 3rd night (Feb. 8th). We informed the Inn Keeper of our situation and told them we had to leave. I have received the credit card bill. We were charged for the 3rd night, which then caused me to read the reservation page in full. Is there anyway that you can refund the 3rd night?
The room was nice and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and let us check in early. The indoor pool was nice but small and the jacuzzi jets didn't work. The hotel was better than average.
Very nice staff and incredibly clean.
Trip was good. motel in excellent area of city. close to mall and other thiings to do.
The bed was very comfortable, therefore, giving us a good night's sleep.
