I stayed for two nights. The room has old furniture, the TV doesn't have any apps to connect, the bathroom was spotty, water was coming out of some parts of the floor , and there was an extension cords in the room, which I consider dangerous (see pics). The fountain in the atrium was off the entire time. The rooms are very clean but need remodeling.

It was eehhh!

Very spacious but needs to be updated. Coffee pot wasn’t working when I called front desk no answer. Called guest service an no answer. Had to walk down stairs in pj’. I would try serving maybe brunch verses breakfast cause nobody wants to get up early on their vacation. Never got to enjoy breakdast

Comfortable Stay with Great Service and Amenities! I had a great experience staying at the MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites in Lubbock. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The lobby and common areas were clean, stylish, and inviting. My room was spacious and very comfortable. It included all the essentials—strong A/C, free WiFi, a cozy bed, microwave, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—it was far better than what most hotels offer, with plenty of hot and cold options. I also appreciated having access to a fitness center and indoor pool, which made my stay more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Lubbock, and I always felt safe on the property. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, MCM Eleganté offers a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and value. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lubbock!
