It was a great clean hotel with a friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay and the cost was not expensive. Kids had fun at the pool and a good breakfast before leaving. We will stay here again if we pass through Lubbock again.

Very nice, clean room. Met our expectations. Stayed that night and had to check in to hospital the next day. Would definitely stay here again.

Good quiet place to stay while getting a student settled in for college.

Pros: The décor was great. Comfortable pillows. TV channel were a bit weird, but had lots to choose from. Vending and ice machine were convenient and in working condition. Great workout area. Cons: Soap fell apart as soon as it was opened. The pool and Jacuzzi were poorly maintained (green water and Jacuzzi was foaming). Staff was not very nice or friendly. The curly haired guy working in the evenings was rude and dismissive. He was pushy and did not smile at all.

It was expensive, because everyone was in town for Tech graduation. Other than that it was good.

This hotel was Nice and clean, I enjoyed the pool and and the continental breakfast. The bed was very firm. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Hotel stay was Awesome!!! Staff was great room was great.

The entire hotel was clean and bright. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant. The king size bed was amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice! Breakfast was the typical included fare; not great, not terrible. I was very pleased with the location, as it was in a quiet area, but very close to any place in Lubbock you may need to get to. I will be staying here on my next trip to Lubbock.

Good location with easy access. Efficient check in, note that hot tub was not working posted at front desk. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Cleaning carts seem to clog the hall in the mornings.

Room was great. Breakfast was not very good. Hot tub not working and pool was too cool for an indoor pool.

My usual Lubbock hotels were sold out, so I reserved the Sleep Inn and was concerned about my upcoming stay. However, I was surprised to find a comfortable bed, clean / modern room, and spaciousness. This is the best Sleep Inn I have stayed at before. Location is a bit further away, however, it is close to the new shopping center with Target, Sam's Club, etc. I'd recommend this place to a friend if asked.

Clean. Location not near any restaurants. Breakfast marginal with many carbs and not much protein. Staff neutral to customers. Expected more from brand new hotel.

Recommended without reservation. The stay was great as was the room and hotel.
