Modern decor, very clean, eco friendly shampoo/shower gel . . . thermostat regulated temp perfect. This was the last hotel we stayed in on this trip and it was by far the best! And it was really easy to get to.

It was a very nice property, loved the beds and the bedding. Also a very nice pool. However, they charged us twice for the room, once on my credit card and once on my brothers credit card. Hopefully they have refunded it by now but I'm not sure.

Check in was so so. There was two ladies, one was being trained the other look like she rather not be there and was also a bit rude. Our room was great with lots of space. The people above us ran and jumped 24/7 reception never answered when we called about it. Only one elevator was working. Avoid breakfast there, they only have one person working per shift so you’ll spend more time waiting for more food to be put out than actually eating. Pool water is a bit green and murky. Only good thing for us was the location of the hotel and the room size.

Large, spacious rooms and beds are fairly comfortable so it was good enough to crash for the night. The room was clean except for a couple hairs in the shower. The pillows were terrible. The linens are scratchy and feel starched. All the pillows are also down or down alternative so squished flat when you put your head on them. Breakfast was disgusting which was truly surprising and disappointing. The eggs were rubbery and an odd consistency, the gravy was cold and runny and the biscuits were stale. They were out of sausage when we came down as well as every type of juice. Even the coffee was terrible. Usually I can power through sub-par food, knowing it’s complimentary, but I took one bite and had to throw it away and get breakfast elsewhere. Stick with the waffles or pre-packaged cereal and you’ll probably be fine.

This was a family trip with a toddler and the stay was comfortable. The rooms were also quiet and cozy. We had an early flight and the staff made brown bag breakfasts to go since we had to leave before breakfast started. We stay in Lubbock often so this will be our new go-to.
