Do not stay here! I have stayed at multiple La Quintas and this one is the worst! The room smelled, the floor was dirty then the toilet over flowed from just pee. They REFUSED to move me and when I was very insisted on a new room the manager but me in a room she knew had hot water issues so at 6am when it was 32 degrees outside I had to take a freezing cold shower! They refused to refund my money and I checked out at 7am. The pool ceiling is also falling apart and looks very dangerous but it was still open to use. Huge hole.

We had to wait till 5:30 for our rooms to be ready. They claim lack of housekeeping staff. The clerk at the front desk had to come up to my room because he had forgotten to have me sign some forms. I asked him before i left the counter if we were finished with this and he said yes.

I was called the day before that they didn’t have a double queen available. We were given a king suite with a pullout bed for the kids. The bed was very uncomfortable for them. I had to go request linens for them. The pool was shut down right after we let the kids in as part of the ceiling fell while we were in there. Once back in our room we had no hot water. Reported it to the desk and they offered us anything free from the snack bar. Overall it was a bad stay and I wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone.
